1.1 What is the EMS-pad?

1. Getting to know your device

The innovative EMS Abdominal Pad is a self-adhesive EMS device for muscle training and relaxation. The device can be applied with accuracy thanks to the use of EMS technology. Made from medical-quality silicone rubber, the elegantly designed EMS pad is extremely slim and flexible and adapts perfectly to the area to be treated. The high-tech circuit provides energy-efficient treatments of 20 minutes each (up to 30 treatments per battery).

EMS devices work by passing electrical currents over the skin. The gel film is used as a transfer medium and is subject to natural wear and tear. The gel film must be replaced if it stops providing sufficient contact, as this will prevent the EMS pad from sticking to the skin. If it is not replaced, the partially increased current density could irritate the skin.

IMPORTANT!

The EMS pad must only be used• On people.• For the intended purpose and as specified in

these instructions for use. Any improper use can be dangerous.

• For external use.• Use only with the original accessories supplied,

which can be re-ordered. Failure to do so invalidates the warranty.

IMPORTANT!• Batteries must not be taken apart or short circuited.• Leaking batteries may damage the device. If you do

not intend to use the device for long periods, remove the batteries from the battery compartment.

IMPORTANT!• The device will only work if there is sufficient contact

with the skin. Stimulation pulses will not be transmitted if there is insufficient contact.

• Switch off the EMS pad before removing it.• Replace the battery if it is low (insufficient stimulation,

no beeping noises).• For optimum stimulation we recommend that the gel

film is replaced when the battery is replaced.• Do not use the EMS pad on the same area more than

once per day.• In the event of continuous beeping, shut down the

device. Clean the gel film and try to restart the program. If the continuous beeping persists, replace the gel film.

• If the adhesive capability of the gel film decreases, replace immediately. Do not use the EMS pad again until the gel film has been replaced. Otherwise the unequal distribution of the gel film could lead to skin lesions.

• In the event of unpleasant current peaks, switch off the EMS pad and use it in a different location.

• The “Smart Contact Detection” automatically triggers an audible alarm if 2 electrodes come into contact with each other.

WARNING!Batteries

• Keep batteries out of the reach of children. Children could put batteries in their mouth and swallow them. This may severely damage their health. In such cases, seek medical assistance immediately!

• Normal batteries must not be charged, heated or thrown into an open fire (risk of explosion!).

Before using the device, consult your doctor if any of the following applies to you:• Serious illnesses, in particular if you suspect or have

been diagnosed with high blood pressure, a blood coagulation disorder, propensity to thrombo-embolic conditions or recurrent malignant growths.

• Skin diseases or open wounds.• Unexplained chronic pain in any part of the body.• Diabetes.• Any sensory impairment that reduces the feeling of

pain (e.g. metabolic disorders).• If you are receiving medical treatment.• If you are already having stimulation treatment for

existing conditions.• If you suffer from persistently irritated skin due to

long-term stimulation at the same electrode site.

WARNING!

To avoid damage to health, we strongly advise against using the EMS pad in the following situations:

• If you have implanted electrical devices (e.g. a pacemaker).• If you have metal implants.• If you use an insulin pump.• If you have a high temperature (e.g. > 39˚C).• If you have a known or acute cardiac arrhythmia, or

disorders of the heart‘s impulse and conduction system.

• If you suffer from a seizure disorder (e.g. epilepsy).• If you are pregnant.• If you have cancer.• After an operation, if strong muscle contractions

could affect the healing process.• If you have had a back operation in the past and the

back pain is due to the surgery or an accident.• If you suffer from metabolic arthritis.• The device must never be used near to the heart.

The stimulation electrodes must not be placed on any part of the front ribcage (where the ribs and breastbone are located), especially not on the two large pectorals. This can increase the risk of ventricular fibrillation and induce cardiac arrest.

• On the skeletal skull structure, or around the mouth, throat or larynx.

• In the neck area / carotid artery area / above the neck.

• In the genital area.• On acutely or chronically diseased (injured or

irritated) skin (e.g. inflamed skin – whether painful or not, reddened skin, rashes, e.g. allergies, burns, bruises, swellings, both open and healing wounds, and post-operative scars where the healing process could be affected).

• In humid environments (e.g. in the bathroom) or when bathing or showering.

• Do not use after consuming alcohol.• Do not use if connected to a high-frequency surgical

device.

PRECAUTIONS:• Hold the device away from sources of heat and do

not use it in close proximity (approx. 1 m) to shortwave or microwave devices (e.g. mobile phones), as doing so can result in unpleasant current peaks.

3.1 Inserting the battery3. Initial use

1. Turn the battery compartment lid anticlockwise using a coin.

2. Use a pointed object to loosen the lid.

3. Place the battery in the battery compartment so that the positive terminal (+) faces upwards.

4. Close the lid by turning it clockwise.

ATTENTION!• Leaking or damaged batteries may burn the skin

therefore use suitable protective gloves if this is the case.

Damage• If the EMS pad is damaged or you have any doubts, do

not use it and contact your retailer or Customer Services at the address provided.

• Switch the device off immediately if it is faulty or not working properly.

• Do not attempt to open and/or repair the EMS pad yourself. Repairs may only be carried out by Customer Services or authorised suppliers. Failure to comply will result in voiding of the warranty.

• The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from improper or careless use.

Cleaning• Remove the batteries from the device before cleaning.• Clean the device after use with a soft, slightly damp

cloth. If it is very dirty, you can also moisten the cloth with a mild soapy solution.

Storage• Re-apply the protective film to the gel film after use.• If you do not plan to use the device for a long

period of time, we recommend that you store it in the original packing in a dry environment, ensuring it is not weighed down by additional items.

3.2 Attaching the gel film1. Carefully remove the blue protective film.2. Carefully apply the gel film onto the EMS pad and

then carefully peel away the protective film. Ensure that the edge of the gel film does not protrude over the EMS pad. Gel film that has been applied slightly askew will not affect the function.

3.3 UsageThe KT1056 was specially developed for building and toning abdominal muscles as well as relaxing the lower back muscles. Stick the EMS pad onto the part of the body to be treated (see image).

If you are wearing jewelry or have piercings in the area to be treated (e.g. a navel piercing), these must be removed before using the device. Failure to do so could result in spot burns.

• Keep the device away from children.• Pre-treating the skin with greasy creams or lotions

is not recommended.• Do not use adhesive tapes, bandages or any aid

other than the designated gel film to apply the EMS pad to your skin. Otherwise the unequal distribution of the gel film could lead to skin lesions.

• The device should be used under medical supervision where possible.

• Stimulation on the same area for a long period of time could irritate the skin. Please consult a dermatologist if skin irritation persists.

Reinigung• Entfernen Sie vor jeder Reinigung die Batterien aus dem Gerät.• Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach Gebrauch mit einem weichen, leicht

angefeuchteten Tuch. Bei stärkerer Verschmutzung können Sie das Tuch auch mit einer leichten Seifenlauge befeuchten.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass kein Wasser in das Gerät eindringt. Falls dies doch einmal der Fall sein sollte, dann verwenden Sie das Gerät erst dann wieder, wenn es vollständig getrocknet ist.

• Benutzen Sie zum Reinigen keine chemischen Reiniger oder Scheuermittel.

Lesen Sie bitte diese Bedienungsanleitungsorgfältig, bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen.

Stimulationselektroden dürfen an keiner Stelle des vorderen Brustkorbs (durch Rippen und Brustbein gekennzeichnet) angewandt werden, insbesondere nicht an beiden großen Brustmuskeln. Hier kann es das Risiko von Herzkammerflimmern erhöhen und einen Herzstillstand herbeiführen.

• Am knöchernen Schädel, im Bereich des Mundes, des Rachenraumes oder des Kehlkopfes.

• Im Bereich des Halses / Halsschlagader / über dem Nacken.• Im Bereich der Genitalien.• Auf akut oder chronisch erkrankter (verletzter oder entzündeter)

Haut, (z.B. bei schmerzhaften und schmerzlosen Entzündungen, Rötungen, Hautausschlägen (z.B. Allergien), Verbrennungen, Prellungen, Schwellungen und offenen sowie sich im Heilungsprozess befindenden Wunden, an Operationsnarben noch nicht verheilt sind).

• In Umgebungen mit hoher Feuchtigkeit wie z.B. im Badezimmer oder beim Baden oder Duschen.

• Nach Alkoholkonsum.• Bei einem gleichzeitigen Anschluss an ein Hochfrequenz-Chirur-

giegerät.

VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN:* Halten Sie das Gerät von Wärmequellen fern und verwenden Sie es

nicht in der Nähe (~1m) von Kurz- oder Mikrowellengeräten (z.B. Handys), da dies zu unangenehmen Stromspitzen führen kann.

• Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht direkter Sonne oder hohen Temperaturen aus.

• Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Staub, Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit. Tauchen Sie das Gerät nie in Wasser oder eine andere Flüssigkeit.

• Das Gerät darf aus hygienischen Gründen nur bei einer Person angewendet werden.

• Sollte das Gerät nicht korrekt funktionieren, Unwohlsein oder Schmerzen auslösen, brechen Sie die Anwendung sofort ab.

• Schalten Sie das EMS-Pad ab, bevor Sie es anbringen bzw. entfernen.

• Modifizieren Sie auf keinen Fall das EMS-Pad (z.B. durch Beschneiden). Dies führt zu höherer Stromdichte und kann gefährlich sein.

• Nicht im Schlaf, beim Führen eines Kraftfahrzeuges oder beim Bedienen von Maschinen anwenden.

• Nicht anwenden bei allen Tätigkeiten, bei denen eine unvorhergesehene Reaktion (z.B. verstärkte Muskelkontraktion trotz niedriger Intensität) gefährlich werden kann.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass während der Stimulation keine metallischen Objekte (z.B. Gürtelschnallen) in Kontakt mit den Elektroden gelangen können. Sollten Sie im Bereich der Anwendung Schmuck oder Piercings (z.B. Bauchnabelpiercing) tragen, müssen Sie diese vor dem Gebrauch des Gerätes entfernen, da es sonst zu punktuellen Verbrennungen kommen kann.

• Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern fern.• Das Benutzen von fettenden Cremes oder Salben vor der

Anwendung wird nicht empfohlen.• Verwenden Sie keine Klebebänder, Bandagen oder andere

Hilfsmittel außer dem vorgesehenen Gel-Film, um das EMS-Pad auf Ihrer Haut anzubringen. Andernfalls könnte die ungleichmäßige Haftung des Gel-Films zu Hautverletzungen führen.

• Möglicherweise müssen Sie das Gerät unter medizinischer Aufsicht anwenden.

• Eine längere Stimulation an einer Stelle kann zu Hautirritationen führen. Wenden Sie sich an einen Hautarzt, wenn die Hautirritationen bestehen bleiben.

• In den seltensten Fällen können Kreislaufprobleme auftreten. Bitte benutzen Sie deswegen das Gerät in den ersten Minuten im Liegen oder Sitzen, um eine mögliche Verletzungsgefahr zu vermeiden. Sollte es zu Kreislaufproblemen kommen, schalten Sie das Gerät sofort aus und legen Sie die Beine hoch (ca. 5- 10 Min).

WARNUNG!Batterien

• Achten Sie darauf, dass Batterien nicht in die Hände von Kindern gelangen. Kinder könnten Batterien in den Mund nehmen und verschlucken. Dies kann zu ernsthaften Gesundheitsschäden führen. In diesem Fall sofort einen Arzt aufsuchen!

• Normale Batterien dürfen nicht geladen, erhitzt oder ins offene Feuer geworfen werde (Explosionsgefahr!)

- Die Batterie könnte leer sein. Ersetzen Sie die Batterie und versuchen Sie erneut das Gerät anzuschalten.

Der Gel-Film haftetnicht mehr aufder Haut.

- Ersetzen Sie den Gel-Film.

Das Gerät piept ungewöhnlich während der Anwendung.

- Drücken und halten Sie den „–“ Knopf für 2 Sek., um das Gerät auszuschalten. Drücken und halten Sie anschließend den „+“ Knopf für 3 Sek., um das Gerät wieder anzuschalten.

- Die Batterien könnten schwach sein und müssen ausgetauscht werden.

Sie fühlen keine Stimulation.

- Drücken und halten Sie den „+“ Knopf erneut für 3 Sekunden.

- Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Gel-Film nicht über das Gerät hinausragt und versuchen Sie es erneut.

- Steigern Sie schrittweise die Intensität.

Die Haut an der behandelten Stelle ist rot.

- Beenden Sie sofort die Anwendung an dieser Stelle. Warten Sie bis die Haut wieder ihre normale Farbe angenommen hat. Wenn die Hautirritation weiter besteht, wenden Sie sich an einen Hautarzt.

Die Intensität beginntplötzlich schwächer zuwerden.

- Ersetzen Sie die Batterie und versuchen Sie es erneut.

WICHTIGER HINWEIS!• Das Gerät arbeitet nur bei ausreichend gutem Hautkontakt. Sollte

dieser nicht gegeben sein, werden keine Stimulationsimpulse gesendet.

• Schalten Sie das EMS-Pad aus bevor Sie es entfernen.• Bei schwacher Batterie (keine ausreichende Stimulation, keine

Pieptöne), ersetzen Sie diese bitte!• Für die optimale Stimulation wird empfohlen, den Gel-Film

gleichzeitig mit der Batterie zu wechseln.• Benutzen Sie das EMS-Pad nicht häufiger als ein Mal pro Tag an

derselben Stelle.• Bei anhaltendem Signalton schalten Sie das Gerät ab. Reinigen Sie

den Gel-Film und versuchen Sie erneut, das Programm zu starten. Besteht der anhaltende Signalton weiterhin, tauschen Sie den Gel-Film komplett.

• Wenn die Klebefähigkeit des Gel-Films nachlässt, ersetzen Sie ihn umgehend. Benutzen Sie das EMS-Pad erst wieder, wenn Sie den Gel-Film ersetzt haben. Andernfalls könnte die ungleichmäßige Haftung des Gel-Films zu Hautverletzungen führen.

• Um die Haltbarkeit des Gel-Films zu verlängern, verwenden Sie das Gerät auf sauberer, möglichst haar- und fettfreier Haut. Falls nötig die Haut vor der Anwendung mit Wasser reinigen und Haare entfernen.

• Wenn Sie unangenehme Stromspitzen spüren, schalten Sie das EMS-Pad aus, überprüfen Sie den Gel-Film und bringen Sie es erneut an.

3.2 Gel-Film anbringen1. Entfernen Sie vorsichtig die blaue Schutzfolie.2. Bringen Sie den Gel-Film sorgfältig auf dem EMS-Pad an

und ziehen Sie vorsichtig die Schutzfolie ab. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Rand des Gel-Films nicht über das EMS-Pad übersteht.

Leicht schräg angebrachte Gel-Filme haben keine Auswirkung auf die Funktion.

WARNUNG!• Achten Sie darauf den Gelfilm mit der Seite wo die blaue

Schutzfolie war an das Gerät zu kleben. Andernfalls kann es zu Hautiritationen kommen.

3.3 AnwendungKleben Sie das EMS-Pad auf die zu behandelnde Körperstelle (siehe Abbildung).

1. Drücken und halten Sie den Knopf „+“, bis Sie einen langen Piepton hören.

2. Drücken Sie den Knopf „+“ erneut, um die Stimulation Stufe 1 zu starten. Um die gewünschte Intensität zu erreichen, drücken Sie wiederholt den Knopf „+“.

3. Drücken Sie den Knopf „–“ um die Intensität zu reduzieren. Drücken und halten Sie den Knopf „–“ bis Sie einen langen Piepton hören um das EMS-Pad auszuschalten. Nach 20 Minuten schaltet sich es automatisch ab. Bringen Sie nach der Anwendung die Schutzfolie wieder auf dem Gel-Film an. Für ein optimales Ergebnis empfehlen wir einen 4 Wochen Trainingsplan. Beachten Sie hierbei folgende Punkte:

1. 1-2 Tage Ruhe.2. Steigern Sie täglich die Intensitätsstufe.3. Eine stärkere Intensität kann zu besseren Ergebnissen führen.

Dabei sollte die Stimulation aber nie unangenehm sein.4. Führen Sie bei jeder Anwendung das komplette 20-minütige

Programm durch. Warten Sie mindestens 30 Minuten, bevor Sie das Gerät erneut verwenden.

3.1 Batterie einlegen3. Inbetriebnahme

1. Drehen Sie den Deckel des Batteriefachs mit Hilfe einer Münze gegen den Uhrzeigersinn.

2. Lösen Sie den Deckel mit Hilfe eines spitzen Gegenstands.

3. Legen Sie die Batterie so in das Batteriefach, dass der Pluspol (+) nach oben zeigt.

4. Schließen Sie den Deckel, indem Sie ihn im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.

• N’essayez en aucun cas d’ouvrir vous-même le coussin EMS et /ou de le réparer. Seul le service client ou un opérateur autorisé peut procéder à une réparation. Le non-respect de cette consigne annulera la garantie.

• Le fabricant ne peut être tenu pour responsable des dommages causés par une utilisation inappropriée ou non conforme.

Nettoyage• Retirez les piles de l’appareil avant chaque nettoyage.• Après l’utilisation, nettoyez l’appareil avec un chiffon doux

légèrement humidifié. En cas de salissures plus importantes, vous pouvez également humidifier légèrement le chiffon avec de la lessive.

• Assurez-vous que l’eau ne s’infiltre pas à l’intérieur. Si cela devait se produire, utilisez de nouveau l’appareil uniquement lorsqu’il est complètement sec.

MESURES DE PRÉCAUTION :• Gardez l’appareil éloigné des sources de chaleur et ne l’utilisez

pas à proximité (~1 m) d’appareils à ondes courtes ou micro-ondes (par ex. téléphones portables), car ceci pourrait provoquer des pics de courant désagréables.

• N’exposez pas l’appareil à la lumière directe du soleil ou à des températures élevées.

• Ne pas utiliser pendant le sommeil, en conduisant un véhicule

ou en opérant des machines.• Ne pas utiliser en parallèle de toutes les activités dans

lesquelles une réaction imprévisible (par ex. contraction musculaire renforcée malgré une faible intensité) peut être dangereuse.

• Assurez-vous qu’aucun objet métallique comme des boucles de ceinture ou des colliers ne peut entrer en contact avec les électrodes pendant la stimulation. Si vous portez des bijoux ou piercings dans la zone d’utilisation (par ex. piercing au nombril), vous devez les retirer avant d’utiliser l’appareil car ils pourraient provoquer des brûlures locales.

• Gardez l’appareil éloigné des enfants afin d’éviter les éventuels dangers.

• Un traitement préalable de la peau avec des crèmes grasses ou des pommades n’est pas recommandé.

• N’utilisez aucun adhésif, bandage ou autre que le film-gel prévu à cet effet pour placer le coussin EMS sur votre peau. Dans le cas contraire, une adhérence non uniforme du film-gel peut provoquer des lésions cutanées.

• Nous vous conseillons d’utiliser l’appareil sous surveillance médicale.

• Une stimulation trop longue d’une même zone peut entrainer des irritations cutanées. Consultez un dermatologue si les irritations cutanées subsistent.

Le film-gel n’adhère plus à la peau.

- Remplacez le film-gel.

- Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé le bouton « – » pendant 3 secondes pour éteindre l’appareil. Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé le bouton « + » pendant 2 secondes pour rallumer l’appareil.

- Les piles peuvent être déchargées et doivent être remplacées.

Vous ne ressentez aucune stimulation.

- Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé le bouton « + » pendant 3 secondes.

- Assurez-vous que le film-gel ne passe pas audessus de l’appareil et réessayez.

- Montez l’intensité progressivement.

La peau de la zone traitée est rouge.

- Arrêtez immédiatement l’utilisation sur cette zone. Attendez que la peau reprenne une couleur normale. Si l’irritation cutanée persiste, consultez un dermatologue.

L’intensité devient subitement plus faible.

- Changez la pile et réessayez.

Consigne Importante !• L’appareil fonctionne uniquement lorsqu’il est parfaitement en

contact avec la peau. Si ce n’est pas le cas, aucune impulsion de stimulation n’est envoyée.

• Éteignez le coussin EMS avant de le retirer.• Lorsque les piles sont déchargées (aucune stimulation, aucun bip),

veuillez les remplacer!• Pour une stimulation optimale, nous recommandons de changer le

film-gel en même temps que la pile.• N’utilisez pas le coussin EMS plus d’une fois par jour au même

endroit.• Lorsque l’appareil émet un bip continu, éteignez-le. Nettoyez le

film-gel et essayez de relancer le programme. En cas de bip continu, remplacez le film-gel.

• Si la capacité adhésive du film-gel diminue, remplacez-le immédiatement. N’utilisez de nouveau le coussin EMS qu’une fois le film-gel remplacé. Dans le cas contraire, une adhérence non uniforme du film-gel peut provoquer des lésions cutanées.

• Pour prolonger la durée de vie des électrodes, utilisez-les sur une peau propre, si possible sans poils et non grasse. Si néces- saire, nettoyez la peau à l’eau et épilezla avant l’application.

• Si vous sentez des pics de courant désagréables, éteignez le coussin EMS, vérifiez les électrodes et reposez-le.

3.3 UtilisationCollez le coussin EMS sur la zone du corps à traiter (voir figure).

1. Appuyez sur le bouton « + » et maintenez-le enfoncé jusqu’à entendre un long bip.

2. Appuyez de nouveau sur le bouton « + » pour démarrer le niveau 1 de la stimulation.

Appuyez de manière répétée sur le bouton « + » pour atteindre l’intensité souhaitée.

3. Appuyez sur le bouton « – » pour réduire l’intensité. Appuyez sur le bouton « – » et maintenez-le enfoncé jusqu’à entendre un long bip pour éteindre le coussin EMS. Il s’éteint automatiquement au bout de 20 minutes. Après utilisation, remettez le film de protection sur le film-gel. Nous vous recommandons un entraînement de 4 semaines pour obtenir un résultat optimal. Suivez pour ce faire les points suivants :

3.3 使用KT1056 腹墊專門設計用於塑造和調整腹部肌肉以及放鬆下背部肌肉。將 EMS健腹墊貼緊在身體訓練部位（見圖）。要關閉 EMS 健腹墊，按下並按住「-」按鍵直至聽到一次長蜂鳴聲。

1.1 Что такое миостимулятор ЭМС?1. Для ознакомления

Инновационный миостимулятор для брюшного пресса представляет собой самоклеящийся прибор электромышечной стимуляции (ЭМС) для тренировки мускулатуры и расслабления мышц. Используемая технология ЭМС обеспечивает более точное воздействие. Миостимулятор ЭМС состоит из силиконового каучука, медицинского качества, и отличается элегантным дизайном. Он чрезвычайно тонкий и гибкий, что позволяет ему с идеальной точностью принимать форму соответствующей части тела. Высокотехнологичная схема соединений обеспечивает высокий уровень экономии энергии во время каждой лечебной процедуры продолжительностью 20 минут (до 30 применений на 1 батарейку).

• При любых заболеваниях кожи или открытых ранах;• При неопределенных хронических болезненных

закрепрения миостимулятора ЭМС.• Продолжительная стимуляция одной и той же зоны может

привести к раздражениям кожи. Если раздражение не проходит, обратитесь к дерматологу.

ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ!Батарейки

Важное примечание!• Прибор работает только при наличии достаточного контакта с

кожей. Если контакт с кожей отсутствует, то стимулирующие импульсы не посылаются.

• Выключайте миостимулятор ЭМС перед его снятием.• Если батарейка разрядилась (недостаточный уровень стимуляции,

отсутствие звуковых сигналов), замените ее!• Для оптимальной стимуляции рекомендуется производить замену

гелевой пленки одновременно с заменой батарейки.• Не используйте миостимулятор ЭМС на одном и том же участке тела

чаще одного раза в день.• При продолжительном сигнале отключите прибор. Очистите

гелевую пленку и попробуйте запустить программу снова. Если продолжительный сигнал не прекращается, замените гелевую пленку.

• Если гелевая подушка перестаёт клеиться, немедленно замените ее. Используйте миостимулятор ЭМС только после замены гелевой подушки. В противном случае неравномерное приклеивание гелевой подушки может повредить кожу.

• Если Вы чувствуете неприятные электрические покалывания, отключите миостимулятор ЭМС и используйте его на другой части тела.

• Система Smart Contact Detection автоматически подает звуковой сигнал при соприкосновении двух электродов.

3.2 Размещение гелевой подушки1. Осторожно удалите защитную синию плёнку.2. Аккуратно разместите гелевую подушку на миостимуляторе ЭМС и

осторожно снимите защитную плёнку. Обратите внимание, чтоб гелевые подушки не заходили за края прибора.

Не совсем ровное размещение гелевых пленок не влияет на функциональность.

ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ!• Обратите внимание на то, что гелевая подушка должна быть

наклеена на прибор стороной, на которой была размещена защитная пленка синего цвета. В противном случае возможно раздражение кожи.

3.3 ПрименениеМиостимулятор для брюшного пресса был разработан специально для развития и укрепления брюшной мускулатуры, а также для расслабления мускулатуры нижней части спины. Наклейте миостимулятор ЭМС на нужную часть тела (см. рис.).

1. Нажмите и удерживайте кнопку «+», пока не раздастся длинный звуковой сигнал.

2. Снова нажмите кнопку «+», чтобы начать стимуляцию на ступени интенсивности 1. Для достижения нужной интенсивности нажмите кнопку «+» еще несколько раз.
