NIFTY WATCH (SPOT)

Just two days back I wrote that Nifty is expected to fall till

the next pressure date and you can very well see now thatNifty is following the same path. Nifty has taken support

exactly near 5561 on closing basis. If this level is broken

on closing basis it may find support near the two gaps

5529 and 5484 it has left on 24th & 25th March 2011. Two

important resistance levels are 5656 and 5775 on closing

basis.

Trading Rules for--- Gann Square of 9 RRR Levels?

RRR levels (L1- L9) given below provide very good opportunity to intraday

traders. Use all levels only for buying & profit booking if the stock istrading in positive territory OR use all levels only for short selling & profitbooking if the stock is in negative territory. If one level is broken, apply therule support becomes resistance or vice-versa.KEEP STOP LOSS (1-2 points for low priced stocks and 2-3 points for highpriced stocks) BELOW OR ABOVE RRR LEVELS. TO MINIMIZE RISK ALWAYS TRADEAS CLOSE AS POSIIBLE NEAR RRR LEVELS AND NEVER FORGET TO USE STOP LOSS.BOOK INTRADAY PROFIT AS PER YOUR RISK APETITE.

POSITIONAL CALLS

Rules for positional trading

All rates and stop loss levels are given for spot.

Always try to trade as close as possible to stop loss level.

Always book partial profit so that the trade becomes ZERORISK from LOW RISK.

Dont be rigid about targets, book profit as per yourappetite.

New calls

HPCL : Buy May 380 call around 15.5 and sell equalquantity May 420 call around 3.5 and May 360 put around5.5. Stop loss if closes below 360 in spot. Target 416 inspot.

DLF: Book total profit in the option strategy if it tradesaround 216 in spot.

Pending positional calls

Essar Oil: Buy around 132 stop loss below 129 on closingbasis. Target 137-143.

DLF: Buy May 240 put around 10 and sell equal quantity220 put around 4. Stop loss if DLF closes above 255 inspot. Hold till further instructions.

ITC has good support @ 181. Buy small quantity near 190and add more if trades near 184. Stop loss below 180 target201.

Buy HFCL (Himachal Fut.) in Delivery around 16.5 for atarget of 23-29-33. No Stop Loss. Holding period maximumsix months.
