Recipe

4 large Hungarian banana peppers 1 lbs. Browned Sausage 1 cup Asiago Shredded 1 cup Provolone Shredded 1 cup parmesan grated 1 tsp garlic minced 1 tsp shallots minced 1 tbl chiffonade basil

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Cut a slit towards top of pepper an remove only seeds. Make large incision down length of pepper. Insert stuffing and bake at 350° for 20 min or until tender. Serve with marinara or salsa. Culinary Vocabulary: Ratatouille (rat-e-too-ee)- traditional French provencal stewed vegetable dish.
