OUR MISSION
Tempus Unlimited, Inc. (formerly Cerebral Palsy of
Massachusetts) exists to provide a
continuum of community based services that sup-
port the efforts of children and adults with disabili-
ties to live as independently as possible in the least
restrictive environment.
Through personal involvement, individual
decision-making is supported and encouraged to
enhance the control of a person over their own
lives and foster self-sufficiency.
The agency, through its programs and services,
encourages the inclusion of people with disabilities
into the mainstream of society including social,
recreational, family and work activities.

of the ramp. Go 0.8 miles and turn left onto Clubhouse Drive.
From the South—Cape Cod or Plymouth
Take Route 3 North. Take Exit 3 and bear right at the end of the
ramp. Go 0.6 miles and turn left onto Clubhouse Drive.
From Providence
Take Route I-95 North. Take Route I-495 south to Route 44 east.
Continue East on Route 3. Turn onto Route 3 South and proceed to
Exit 3. Bear left at the end of the ramp. Go 0.8 miles and turn left

Dear Friends,
On behalf of Tempus Unlimited we would like to invite you to join us
for our 21st Annual Golf Classic on Thursday, May 21 at Pinehills Golf
Club in Plymouth, MA. We are delighted to host this fun filled day!
Our long-standing Personal Care Attendant Program continues to grow
year after year. We currently serve an average of 26,000 consumers
with disabilities in our program. Tempus Unlimited also provides ther-
apeutic and recreational services throughout the year to our consumers
through therapeutic horseback riding, occupational therapy, physical
therapy, augmentative communication support, and transportation
services. These programs provide much needed services out in the
community to enrich the lives of children and adults with disabilities.
The proceeds from this tournament will also support the Tempus Un-
limited Scholarship Program. This program awards high school students
with disabilities who are continuing their education past high school.
Each student who applies has the opportunity to share their story in
hopes of receiving an individual scholarship of $2,500 per student to be
allocated toward college courses.
Our goal is to continue to enhance and expand the services we provide
each year in order to assist individuals in their efforts to live full,
independent, and meaningful lives.

our efforts.
