NEVADA STATE BOARD OF PHYSICAL THERAPY EXAMINERS AGENDA FOR BOARD MEETING MEETING DATE: March 26, 2015 MEETING TIME: 9:30am MEETING LOCATION: Gentiva Health Services 5425 Louie Lane, Back Conference Room Reno, NV 89511 The purpose of this Board is to control and regulate the licensure of all physical therapists and physical therapist’s assistants within the State of Nevada to ensure public protection. Items relating to the function of this Board can be placed on the Agenda by writing this Board. Items on the agenda may be taken out of order. The Board may combine two or more agenda items for consideration. The Board may remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time. Public Comment Procedure : 1. Public Comment will be taken at the beginning and at the end of each Board meeting; 2. Public Comment may also be taken at other such times as requested so long as the request that Public Comment be taken will not interrupt ongoing Board business; 3. Those individuals wishing to present concerns to the Board are to sign in prior to speaking; 4. PHYSICAL THERAPY EXAMINERS

AGENDA FOR BOARD MEETING
