1.GETTING AWARE

1.1. THE WEARINESS OF THE INSTITUTIONS - All the institutions, including political andeconomic systems, types of government, ideologies, scientific theories, creeds, sects, religions,family and esoteric orders are mixed up in a pot of perplexities and divergences. Society is in abig crisis, and all the alternatives have became impossible, since cohesion and inertia are forcesthat have made impracticable any movement towards new ways.

MAN HAS BECOME A SLAVE OF HIS OWN CREATIONS!

1.2. THE DESTRUCTIVE ASPECT IN ACTION - A prisoner of his own creations, man looks

desperately for a way of liberation, like an insect in a web of gigantic spider, where he getsmore and more tied when making use of destructive procedures in all levels.

MAN IS AFRAID OF HIMSELF!

1.3. ASSUMING HIS OWN FATE - We have fought against all forms opposing our"humanistic way" of seeing evolution, but contradictorily we have worked to accelerate theirdevelopment: we create a kind of technology that enables us to manipulate forces whose globaleffects we cannot foresee in our impotence and ignorance!...We dont want to admit, but weare really in a blind alley! Our dependence upon all these things that weve made "with blood,sweet and tears" through centuries of hard work make us slaves of petrol, vehicles,

marketing, methods and techniques, philosophies and a lot of other things. It is necessary toaccept all the realizations, not only the useful and harmless but also the dangerous andthreatening ones.

2.THE LAST MESSAGE - The Divinity that rulers the New Era has manifested Himself toMankind twice during these last 80 years, intending to help Man to direct his way towards thecorrect evolutionary development.

2.1. THE OLD LIBER LEGIS - Received during the days 8, 9 and 10 of April, 1904 in Cairo

by the Master Therion, dictated by Aiwass, his Holy Guardian Angel the Book of the Law(Liber Legis) has been accepted by some, rejected by others, used by egotistic persons todominate people. But "the Law is for all" in this ending of a cycle. It is an extraordinarilysimple and enigmatic book. It is prophetic and vigorous against pre-concepts and false"mystical" positions, which serve as masks for the enemies of Mankind.

2.2. THE NEO LIBER LEGIS - This little great Book has emerged from the Work of theMaster Genelohim at the SACRED CIRCLE OF THELEMA (SCT). Working with the HighAlchemy, in the Sanctuary of the Gnose, the Master succeeded in contacting the Company ofHeaven, receiving from HORUS this last message for the benefit of Mankind. It comes justnow, when Mans destiny is seriously menaced by the irresponsible creations of Ignorance and

Hate. The authenticity of the NEO LIBER LEGIS, like that of its predecessor, must be verifiedin the book itself, where one can find several qabalistic clues.

2.3. SYNTHETIC EXPLANATION OF THE UNIVERSE - A concise and clear

explanation of the Universe is given by the two Books of the Law, enabling us toformulate ideas that can situate ourselves over the polarities, over the duality thatcharacterizes the material dimension.

Generally when one thinks of the Universe, tends to focus only the stars, the planetsand the cosmic vacuum, nothing more.

Men are eternally misdirected when they get out of the Universe that is each one ofourselves. And worse: they limit themselves to the human body, its psiquic-organicand emotional manifestations. "Each being is a universe" and they do not go deeper remaining beyond the frontiers of scientific, concrete and existential phenomena.

Its important to understand that there exist a Transcendental Universe that is fasterthan the velocity of thought. The Universe itself is composed of parts and divided forbetter human understanding, into 12 dimensions.

The Universe is the Whole Non-alienated and Non-changeable, in accordance with

The Book of the Law: "I who am all pleasure and purple and drunkenness of theinnermost sense." (LL 1.61).

This is the Universe whose synthesis is the Essential of each man, that is theONIRACIOCONSUPRA REASON. (NLL 83).

All the people are gods when they seek for Him, and the individual is God when hefinds Him. And the moment he finds Him, this new man will see nothing more beyondhimself: no lights nor darkness, no heavens nor universes, since the Man candeclare himself THE WHOLE and for THE WHOLE there is no room for definitions,questions, answers or doubts. (NLL 94).

The Cosmic Universe is explained with Hadit and Nuit.:

Hadit is, symbolically, the winged globe whose rays springs in Nuit blossom,promoting the miracle of the multiplication of the forms, through the expanding ofLove. Nuit, that holds uncountable stars in Her generous body, is the "prima mater",the fuel and the concreteness of the Essences Love for the same Essence.

This is an explanation of the apparent paradox that Unity and Multiplicity are thesame thing -- since they form one reality that is THE ALL EMBODYING UNITARYWHOLE.

Nuit, the starry goddess, represents the unlimited possibility; Her fellow worker isHadit, the omnipresent point-of-view, the only philosophically acceptable conceptionof Reality. He is symbolized by a winged fiery globe, that means eternal energy andmovement. As a result of the conjunction of these two divinities we have the birth ofthe Child Horus, that is known by the name of Heru-Ra-Ha. He is a twofold god: Hisextrovert form is Ra-Hoor-Khuit, and his passive or introvert form is Hoor-paar-Kraat.

Recently, another form was revealed: Hoor-Paar-Kraat-Ra.Ra, that is a synthesis ofthe two principles (active and passive) emphasizing the UNITY of the concept.

Hadit expands himself in an spiral movement through Nuits infinite space, knowingits varied possibilities.

Loves expansion!...

Uncountable stars run in the wastes of the universe, full of lightly points,harmoniously in contrast with the deep darkness of the eternal night of the siderealspace...

Moving in high speed these splendorous suns of different sizes points to unknownplaces, to nowhere, as secret messengers of a non-revealed Purpose. They run innever visited orbits -- thanks to the limitations of human knowledge. And in thesetrajectories they suffer and produce different changes in the infinity of worlds thatexist in their remarkable regions. So is the grandness of this energy that moves theworlds, create, destroy and recreates forms, makes and unmakes universes!...

And Man, author and actor of this wonderful drama, runs, sometimes in ecstasies,sometimes in sadness, sometimes conscious and active, sometimes passively -- theevolutionary ways, in his Grand Cosmic Adventure!...

This way, Man comes to be the Verb in Action and Horus says: "There is no crossover my NEHEMYS, there is a Lotus, a Flower, only one Essence..."

THERE IS NO GOD BUT MAN

AND I MAKE IT COMPLETE:

3. THE LAW OF THELEMA

3.1. A SIMPLE CODE OF CONDUCT

The Law for the Initiated is "Do what thou wilt" and "Love is the Law, Love underWill". "Do what thou wilt" implies that "Every man and every woman is a star".Everyone having a proper and unique orbit.

The Law for the Profane is composed of norms that he or she have to obey. The Law

for the Initiated is his conscious evolutionary process.

"Do what thou wilt" for your success or fail, but never forget that"Love is the Law, Love under Will".

3.2. THE WISE MEN ARE ALREADY WISE - THE NEO LIBER LEGIS confirms itspredecessor and underlines vital aspects of the thelemic doctrine: "The wise menare already wise men"... It means that we all are one, that we are not only whateveryone can see, but everything that we have got in our past lives...

The personality cannot see its own wisdom until the individual reaches the

transcendence of his ego. "There is no future without transcendence"... (NLL 98).

We are the Verb in flesh, the Verb to BE, and we live only for Loves sake. And note:

if you live in wholeness the Will and Love you will be one more star for theillumination and progress of Mankind.

The Sacred Circle of Thelema is bound to the people that in this ending of times arecoming to the harvest. And in the consummation of time, when "even the reapers willnot guarantee themselves", (NLL 93) they will receive the reward reserved to

"everyone that crosses the Abyss", those who are over their own pain, since theylive in samadhi.

3.3. NEW WAYS OF WORKING - Everything that has been experienced and did notwork or is not useful for the ultimate aim of man, must be left aside, since there is notime to loose.

"The condemnation, the veils, the rituals and sex will not be necessary as thereason, since the High Consciousness lifts to the Highest Plane the motive of theGreater Extent.". (NLL 87).

This is an exhortation for we to follow the Highest Way (Excelsior), that is exactly theaim of the Sacred Circle of Thelema.

It is necessary therefore a complete re-evaluation of everything we know asascending means -- looking for what is really Essential.

But, close to the END, what is the ESSENTIAL?

What treasure must we keep for an hypothetical future?

Nothing will be worthwhile when the MOMENT arrive, and even "words, thoughts, will

only be reminiscences, nothing more" (NLL 99), since: "THERE IS NO FUTUREWITHOUT TRANSCENDENCE"...

Only one thing is, therefore, ESSENTIAL, and its attainment is within these fewwords:

"Let the Laws unfold the sound of the Inner Light, so that you can live inplentyfulness the Real Law of Love." (NLL 100).

Lets concentrate ourselves in the highest formulation of our spirit, and workconsciously for:

Conscious Liberty, Transcendent Love,

Divined Beauty and Plentiful Conscience

for all Beings!

4. THE NEW AEON

There are prophecies of events linked to the END OF TIMES and the NEW ERA.

Practically every religious current presents a theory or at least an indicative on thisissue.

The old Book of the Law says that "All words are sacred and all prophets true". (LL1-56) But the Neo Liber Legis adds, definitely: "...There are not half nor entireprophets since there is no future without transcendence..." (NLL 98).

4.1. WE ARE REACHING THE CLIMAX

The new fact in this intricate web of information, theories and opinions is that THEREIS NO TIME FOR ANYTHING.

So we have to look for and hold in everything and of everything, THE ESSENTIAL.

The NLL says: You should not learn any more, since the wise-men are already wise.Walk on the idiots of thinkers, on the slender philosophers and on the inquirers,since their doubts are synonyms of their weakness.". (NLL 79), completing: "Farfrom Wisdom, far from the existence of the Spirit nothing more is to be known. Crushthe Illuminated and exalt the Illuminators." (NLL 80). This is due to the fact that: "Theweak does not exist. It will only remain in the powder of Nothing the Sacred Circle

whose word will survive in THELEMA." (NLL 86).

"THE WISE MEN ARE ALREADY WISE MEN" because Wisdom is the result of a longlearning and training through many incarnations. In the past there was room for theeffort to iniciate and prepare individuals that were in "primitive" stages of spiritualdevelopment, hoping that they could reach the point for the Real Initiation orTranscendence. That was the work of several institutions.

But now is the time we have to re-analyse these activities, confronting them with theNEW REALITY.

The preoccupation with the SALVATION OF MANKIND was distorted changing into adesperate effort not for the salvation of mankind but of THE SYSTEM. This kind ofaction is now completely out of time, confronted with the NEO LIBER LEGIS.

For the Deity (Logos) "weak persons do not exist", that is, they will be left outside ofthe evolutionary process, defeated by their own incapability.

The events will happen in a so radical and complete way that of those weakindividuals nothing will remain, since they will be reduced to the "powder ofnothing".

Only will be capable of working for the New Eon those who, free from the negativitiesof the past, from the chains of the vicious habits and surpassed institutions, -- willjoin the mutants of today, those that now are preparing the future of mankind, thedaring Illuminators "whose word survives in Thelema"...

4.2. THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW CIVILIZATION

Preconcepts are gone with past time. Now we are living an Era of total expansion ofconsciousness.

The conquests of science and technology will be joined and, enlightened by the

knowledge of the occult, -- will lead man to the auto-acceptance, that is thebeginning of the end and the starting of the redemption through transcendence.

Cybernetics, advanced tecniques of biology astrophysics and other branches ofhuman knowledge will form a general body of Holistic and Revolutionary Knowledgebased on the cosmic understanding of man.

The desadjusted will perish, the egotists will destroy their own system -- but thepure, intelligent and Illuminators will lift the earth from the powder of destruction -- to

its ultimate transformation.

Nothing can avoid the End of the Suicidal System engendered by the imperfectionsof all. But the End is not the Nothing. It is not the crushing of Hope of a New Future.It is only the beginning of a New Day of Splendor and Glory for everyone that hadreached the Real Initiation, a very small or a big group, depending on the way we seeit.

"The hope of Innocence will leave the Earth from green to red and after that, it will belaid to thecoal of sterility, where Nuit will deserve the waiting of Hadit for the NewCivilization." (NLL 95)

In this work of construction of the New Civilization, it is necessary to abolish "all thegarments, preparations and ritualistic illusions..."which ought to be substituted "bythe Verb of True Will"... since "Your Sword ought to be His Mind, your voice youneed not express and My Symbol you can draw with a look..."

Also divisionary concepts like the TRINITY and antagonistic creations like theseveral Avatars are abolished in the name of the progress of mankind..

"The Gods and the God will not belong to human creation. There will not exist theTrinity, since I crush it under my feet and I fright it with my wings and in the Sky of

Nuit I do burst it noisily, putting an end to its existence. I ignore Messengers,Avatars, Forces, Kings and everything designed by humans and in accordance withthe foolish people." (NLL, 84).

In his evolutionary effort, man went on creating through centuries, forms andformulae of adoration or relationship with the Deities. The crystallization of theseforms by constant use, and the corruption of their meanings, by mechanical andinsensitive repetion, has made them totally inoperative in terms of Real Initiation.

Therefore this is the moment to change all these forms of adoration, which are onlyhuman creations -- in the abuse of unconscious multiplicity -- The Trinity, which for

so long time has designated "aspects" of the Deity, trying to make easy Itsunderstanding, has not worked as a concept with success in the task of lifting agood number of individuals to the threshold of Initiation.

This has happened because people have fixed themselves to much in the polarities,forgetting that the only reality is in the UNITY OF UNIVERSAL AND ONIEMBRACINGLOVE.

So, there is no reason for despair when we are confronted by the mistakes ofindividuals who do not know or despise the Law, since the NEO LIBER LEGISrecommends: "Do not worry about who is coming but about the one that emerges,

since it is the Thelemite, whose evolution is the own Aeon.". (NLL 109).
