Important Information

1 A valid MEMBERSHIP card or receipt for 2019/2020will be required for entry. Everyone over the age of 18 should become a member of the Association. Management has the right to refuse entry if you do not display a valid membership card. Prajapati senior members aged 65 and over with no valid membership are requested to go to the Prathna Hall for issuance of membership card or appropriate pass.

2 Ghatsthapan Pujan will take place on Sunday 29th September 2019 between 5.30pm and 6.30pm. Anyone wishing to take part in puja is requested to contact Savitaben or Kishorbhai on 0116 241 9134.

3 The 108 Aarti will take place on Sunday 6th October 2019. A minimum donation of £11.25 is requested per aarti. Please register your interest at the Information Desk.

4 Mataji's Havan will be held on Sunday 13th October 2019 at 8.00am. Bhojan Prasadi will be served after the completion of the religious ceremony.

5 If you wish to perform Aarti on any day then you are welcome to prepare your own thali and bring it with you.

6 If you are bringing flower garlands /chundadis for Mataji, please ensure that you bring them before 7.30pm. Chundadi for Mataji will be placed in a container on the sthapan.

7 Anyone wishing to hold Mataji's Raas-Garba must give their details to the Secretary.8 If you bring Ghee during Navratri then please put it in the designated container only.9 For auspicious occasion of 'Mataji's Havan, Samaj will accept monetary donation towards Ann Daan'.10 Nav Durga Darshan will take place on Wednesday 2nd October 2019. Anyone wishing their young

daughter/s (ages 6 – 8 years old), to take part as Durga is requested to contact Shreemati Ranjanben D. Mistry or Shreemati Kalavatiben D. Mistry.

11 We may have to restrict admission beyond capacity to comply with Health & Safety regulations.
