BECAUSE :

*The National Functional Summit is a unique national conference which is organised for the 1st time in Poland !

*Its main aim is to through learning & leadership development prepare LCs strategic bodies to fulfill their role throught whole duration of their terms. Provided operational know-how will be completed with showcasing organizational direction and building alignment towards our role in 2015 context.

*It is dedicated to LCPs and LCVPs of all functions from 18 LCs of AIESEC in Poland but also for leaders.

*This year the great honour of organizing has AIESEC Local Committee of Warsaw School of Economics. NFS will gather around 200 AIESECers from the whole country to develop ourselves but also have fun !

WHY The National Functional Summit ?

This conference is amazing, it is the first time since few years we are opening for you possibility to join national conference at this moment of the year, Topics will be strictly connected to functional and managerial knowledge for you guys to learn the most and then bring the best knowledge and skills possible to deliver your projects with huge success. It will be also opportunity for you to meet similar people from other LCs in Poland and share your leadership experience with them, with your new EBs and both MCs- current and elected.
