My Image Skincare Regime with Before and After Shots

Get ready for some horrible close ups. Thank God my skin doesn't look like this when I see it in the mirror!!

This isn't really a pretty post but I thought you might like to know what skincare I've been using recently andthe kind of results I have been seeing.

At the end of May I went along to the Dorchester Hotel to find out all about Image Skincare, which is a USbrand whose mantra is 'Age Later'. Well obviously I like the sound of that!

I had a chat with Lisa Johnson, the International Trainer for Image Skincare and told her all about myskincare concerns. There are quite a few, but mainly include lines and wrinkles, firmness, enlarged poresand pigmentation.

Lisa then prescribed products from each of Image's skincare lines - see photo above.

I have been using the products as directed for about a month and I have to say, I absolutely love them. Ifeel that my complexion is more even, it looks clear and more glowing and my lines aren't as noticeable.

As you'll see I have more pigmentation on my right side (where I have generally had more UV exposure throughglass when driving and working at a desk), but there is still an improvement to be seen on my left side.

I think the most striking thing is the improvement in pigmentation.

In this picture you can also see an improvement in the appearance of lines.

Obviously, everything looks better with a touch of makeup but you get the picture!!

To kick start the regime, I went to see the lovely Marie Reynolds at FOUR London for the Image Signatureface lift. This was an amazing treatment that had an instant effect on my skin in terms of brightness andfirmness. Marie is absolutely amazing - check out her treatment list here. Marie has a brilliant skincareblog that is a must-read for any beauty addict. I'd recommend a visit to Marie unreservedly.

In the mornings I use the Vital C Hydrating Anti Ageing Serum which smell absolutely delicious! I follow thiswith a light application of Ageless The Max Eye Creme and then Ageless The Max Creme which are superluxurious. I don't leave the house without applying the Daily Defense Hydrating Moisturiser SPF30.

At night I use the MD Reconstructive Facial Cleanser, followed by the Ageless Skin Bleaching Serum (soundsharsh but smells and feels great!) , then the eye cream and moisturiser I use in the morning.

Once a week I use the Ageless Total Resurfacing Masque which is an amazing exfoliating mask that leaves myskin glowing and bright.
