Tips for Improving Your Self-Esteem Make a list of the stuff you are good at. Give yourself 3 compliments everyday. Remember that your body is your own, no matter what size, shape,

and color it is. Remember that there are things about yourself that you cannot

change. When you hear negative comments in your head, tell yourself to

stop. If you feel badly about yourself, talk to an adult you trust about it.

By focusing on the good things you do and all your great qualities, you learn to love and accept yourself — the main ingredients for strong self-esteem!
