It is mentioned in the original copy of the Mutation Entry No. 126 that the same is in respect of land bearing Survey No. 2 I 1, 2 I 7, 4 I 12, 9 I 8, 17 I 3, 23 I 7, 23 I 9, 25 I 4, 25 I 7 ( Total 9 ) of Village Ambivali, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad . This mutation entry has effected on 1.8.1935. It further appears from the said mutation entry that Mr. Namdev Patil has sold I conveyed the said land in favour of Mr. Vitthal Namajo Thombre for a valued consideration of Rs.50=00 ( Rs. Fifty Only ) vide a Deed of Conveyance Dated 14.6.1935.

It is mentioned in the original copy of the Mutation Entry No. 419 that the same is in respect of land bearing Survey No. 1 to 37 ( Total 137 ) of Village Ambivali, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad. This mutation entry has effected on 9.5.1970 and certified on 30.6.1970. It further appears from the said mutation entry that the same has effected on the basis of Form No. 12 issued by The District Inspector of Land Records for giving effect to the Decimal system which was made applicable as per the provisions of The Maharashtra Weights and Measures ( Enforcement Act ) 1958 and The Indian Coins Act, 1955.

It is mentioned in the original copy of the Mutation Entry No. 545 that the same is in respect of land bearing Survey No. 2 I 7, 17 I 34, 23 I 9, 25 I 4, 25 I 7 (Total 4 ) of Village Ambivali, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad. This mutation entry has effected on 7.11 .1977 and certified on 30.12.1977. It is mentioned in the original copy of the Mutation Entry No. 960 that the same is in respect of land bearing Survey No. 25 I 7 ( Total 1 ) of Village Ambivali, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad. This mutation entry has effected on 11.9.1997 and certified on 16.10.1997. It further appears from the said mutation entry that ( 1 ) Mr. Ramchandra Vitthal Patil , ( 2 ) Mr. Nathuram Vitthal Patil , ( 3 ) Mr. Prabhakar Vitthal Patil , ( 4 ) Mr. Haresh Namdev Patil , ( 5 ) Smt. Suman Dharma Dokhale, ( 6 ) Smt. It is · mentioned in the remark column that a copy of A Patrak for the month of February, 1996 is duly inspected. Purchaser herein are an agriculturist of Village Ghodivali. Hence this mutation entry is duly certified.

It is mentioned in the original copy of the Mutation Entry No. 1062 that the same is in respect of land bearing Survey No. 22 I 1, 12 I 1, 22 I 3 B, 22 I 4, 22 I 6 - 2, 23 I 4, 23 I 8, 23 I 9, 25 I 7, 27 I 9 - 2, 27 / 13 A 1, 32 I 4 A+ 6 B, 33 I 2 B, 34 I 4, 34 / 10 A, 35 / 1 A 2, 22 I 3 A (Total 18 ) of Village Ambivali, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad. This mutation entry has effected on 1.12.2008 and certified on 20.1 2.2008. It further appears from the said mutation entry that the charges of loans are recorded in the other right column. Necessary suit or demands should be made in stipulated period i.e. within 30 years period. The said charges are time barred or debarred. Hence as per the government Notification 1963 Section 61 to 63 the sa id debarred charges has deleted I removed from the

comments cannot be given in respect of the abovesaid mutation entry.

Note : While taking the search it is found that some volumes are not available to me for search and some volumes are in teared and unreadable condition. Hence I cannot take the search properly.

Note : Proposed Purchaser require to publish necessary public notice in the local news paper through Advocate.

While taking search as above in the Office of The Sub Registrar of Assurances at Khalapur, Karjat and District Registrar, at Alibag, District Raigad I do not came across any entry of loan, lease, lien, mortgage, and charge in respect of the property under search. Moreover I do not found any entry of Lis Pendence in respect of the property under search.

Subject to my above said observations and remarks and on the basis of the documents made available to me for my inspection as stated above I express my personal opinion that the property under search is having clean, clear and marketable title in the hands of present owner I occupant thereof.

Hence I certify accordingly.
