Besides worrying about full compliance legislation, our actions and values define us as an environmentally friendly company.It is our priority to continually improve and control the environmental impact of our activities. Proof of this is that we have ISO 14001:2004 and EMAS.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We focus our activities on helping young talent to develop new and innovative projects among silicone hoses. An example of this is the commitment of Venair with the team of engineering students, EcoRacing from UPC Terrassa college, who work to create from zero an electric car to run at the Formula Student Competition.

6 / Commitment

Venair also supports different research centers and universities by developing silicone prototypes for investigation, such as a silicone hearth valve developed for the University of Georgia, or a silicone stomach prototype for a Catalan research hospital. The R&D department recently incorporated an industrial doctoral student from the IQS (Sarria’s Chemical Institute) who will develop his thesis in the field of new platinum catalysts for the silicone vulcanization.
