The Quiz module provides tools for authoring and

administering quizzes through Drupal. A quiz is given as a

series of questions, with only one question appearing per

page. Scores are then stored in the database.

    This module provides tools for

Online courses (Audio and Video enabled)

    Self-learning programs

    Training programs

UC Role ProgressionPosted by Mirabuck on March 26, 2010 at 12:36am

Last changed: 37 weeks 6 days ago

UC role progression uses Ubercart's 2.x conditional actions in conjunction with the UC roles

module. It answers a need for a purchasable role that enables a user to progress through a

series of predefined roles according to a set schedule. A possible use case for this: purchased

access to an e-learning course wherein each week the user gains access to a new set ofnodes.

An admin interface allows role progressions to be easily defined. Users may progress from role

x to role y if and only if they already have prerequisite role z. An Ubercart conditional action

promotes users to these predefined roles as predecessor roles expire.

    InstallationActivate module1.

Go to /admin/store/settings/ucroleprog and setup role progressions2.

Go to /admin/store/ca and edit the 'Notify customer when a role is about to expire'

(recommended) or 'Notify customer when a role is revoked' conditional actions.

    3.

Choose 'check and invoke role progression' as an action on the 'Action' tab of the

    conditional action you are using.

    4.

CCK Scorm FieldPosted by hoelterhofon September 2, 2010 at 9:42am

Last changed: 6 weeks 3 days ago

This module provides Moodle SCORM (http://www.moodle.org) integration for Drupal using

CCK functionality. It depends on the CCK and the FileField module. This first version focuses on

displaying SCORM contents and logging events for each user. Analysis of all logged events will

be part of a later release. The module enables the user to upload a SCORM compatible Zip file

during node creation process. The user can decide if the SCORM content should be opened in

a new window or if it should be embedded (width and height parameters are available).

The module currently is being developed at Duisburg Learning Lab from University

Duisburg-Essen as part of the project E-Learning 2.0 in vocational training funded by the

Federal Ministry for Education and Research (http://www.bmbf.de/ ) and the European Social

Fund (http://www.esf.de/ ). The project seeks to develop a community portal for alumnis from

vocational education which supports informal learning and offers lifelong learning

opportunities (http://q-online.de/kontakt). Initially the module was developed by Servit Open

Source Solutions (www.servit.ch) with code from the SCORM module of the moodle.org.

Further documentation will be published soon.

Test YourselfPosted by falcon onJune 28, 2010 at 3:25pm

Last changed: 18 weeks 12 hours ago

Test Yourself allow users to test their skills and get feedback quickly.

Test Yourself is a Quiz extension and provides an alternative to the default quiz taking logicprovided by the Quiz project itself. Test Yourself is different from the normal Quiz taking logic

    in many ways:

Responses will not be stored in the database

Quiz taking will be a lot faster

Quiz taking will create less server load

Test Yourself scales a lot better than quiz.

It will be easy to use web-cache like Varnish when using Test Yourself

Not all the normal Quiz options will be available

The first version of this module will only support the multichoice question-type

We hope we'll have a version of Test Yourself available for testing this summer/fall.

The project is financed by the Norwegian Digital Learning Arena(NDLA), and developed by

    Amendor(norwegian only).

Development is lead by Amendor. If you want us to customize the Quiz module for you,

Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro APIPosted by McGo on October 21, 2008 at 12:06pm

Last changed: 1 year 50 weeks ago

This module acts as an API to the Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro e-Learning platform [1]. It is

shipped with a module that adds a "acrobat meeting" cck field which you can assign to yourevent content types. If configured, the field presents a direct link to the room with an

individual session for the current drupal user. If the user is not available in acrobat pro it will

    be created.

The Roadmap contains some more features like rules integration, reporting and administrative

task out of drupal. Feel free to add your own features to the issue queue and add patches that

    provide more functionality.

    E-bookPosted by falcon onJune 26, 2009 at 1:59pm

Last changed: 48 weeks 5 days ago

    Coming up:

A suite of modules adding e-learning features to the book module. Among the features:

    - Glossary

    - Usability improvements

    - Multiple courses from one site

    - Integration with assessment modules

    - Pages can be locked/unlocked depending on date or depending on the users results on

    different tasks.

We will not try to re-invent the wheel here. We are in contact with maintainers of other

modules, and will make contact with more maintainers as we go. We will try to make use of

existing projects that can provide us with the results we are looking for.
