Top Objectives and Challenges
Starbucks has a large global distribution network
with suppliers around the world. Carrying costs and
remaining shelf life of the perishable inventory were
a concern. The solution needed to integrate to their
existing Oracle ERP systems (EMEA, NA).
Solution
Starbucks selected Oracle’s ASCP, PS, GOP and
APCC to optimize their global supply chain,
schedule roasting operation and respect inventory
shelf life. Inspirage was selected based on our VCP
application and distribution planning expertise and
experience with EBS.
