LCRT Community Workshops Join the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments (BCDCOG) for a series of interactive public Community Workshops as we kick off the next phase of the Lowcountry Rapid Transit project. Visitors will get an update on the Lowcountry Rapid Transit project and an opportunity to weigh in on the vision for the system. The format of the Community Workshops includes a presentation and interactive session; the workshops will start at 6:00 p.m. and each is planned to last the full two hours.
