Open Joint-Stock Company “Multiregional TransitTelecom” (MTT) was established in 1994 and now witnesses its 17th year in the Russian market;

In May 2005, MTT was granted a license to provide domestic long-distance (DLD) and international (ILD) communications services; in December 2005 the Company commissioned for operation its nationwide DLD/ILD network and was assigned its own access codes as a long-distance carrier;

On March 1, 2006 MTT launched provision of its DLD/ILD services to fixed-line subscribers throughout Russia;

In the middle of 2008 MTT launched absolutly new service for consumer based on call-back technology;

On 2010 MVNO and VoIP projects were launched in Russia by MTT;

In the beginning of 2011 MTT acquired two Internet operators and famous content` provider.

MTT offers services throughout Russia;

355 regional subsystems, 93 mobile operators and 244 regional subsystems of 171 PSTN operators are connected to MTT’s network;

Aggregate subscriber base of operators which established interconnections of their networks with MTT’s network exceeded 180 million subscribers;

MTT network handles over 9 million calls per day;

Monthly traffic volume carried over the network is over 800 million minutes;

The international network of MTT has POPs in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Germany, Hong Kong and London.

By now MTT would like to propose several ideas for cooperation on mobile field:

• Full MVNO;

Full MVNO

In the middle of spring MTT will realize first full MVNO project with TOP-3 domestic mobile carrier in Russia;

Main idea of this project is cover most large ethnic groups in Russia (firstly in Moscow). Main focus is following: Guests and workers from CIS; Guest and workers from Asia; Guest and workers from another countries.

Project will include: Sales in home countries of visitors (“distribution before people come to Russia”). There are some

option for example:• Airport;• Sales in local mobile chain.

Service on native` language; “Call to home” service price a little bit below the market.

Cooperation proposal: Exclusive roaming agreement for traffic exchange between MVNO and “home” carrier (low costs on traffic,

strict roaming link); Distribution of MVNO product in Motherland mobile chain (agency fee for sales).

Double IMSI

This cooperation based on MVNO idea as well and reveals following: MVNO SIM with double profile:

• MVNO profile;• Motherland carrier profile.

User receive two local numbers:• Russian DEF-number:• Motherland DEF-number.

Double IMSI will solve most important questions for user: Flat price in MVNO network and Motherland carrier; Keep only one SIM for all calls in two countries. Attractive price for call in two networks.
