MK SYSTEM product description
Versatile and entirely composed of standard items, the MK
System has been designed for a great variety of applications
requiring high load-bearing capacity which is mainly the
case for civil engineering projects but can also be for any
other construction.
The core item for all these solutions is the MK Waler,
combined with various accessories, both unique of the MK
System as well as shared with other ULMA products.
The product’s strength lies in its versatility as it permits configurations such as:
Manual and easy assembly: crane assistance for moving entire structures only.
With a limited number of system parts to highly complex
structures.
Compatible with ULMA’s product portfolio.
Availability of safety items for assembly and use of the system.

CVI under concrete structure
CVI
Form carrier for the cantilever construction of bridge deck
segments. The structure supporting the formwork is moved
beneath the concrete structure to be built.
Deck flange form carrier for bridge with metal shaft
Deck flange form carrier
Efficient system for concreting the flanges of the deck
in the construction of metal bridges and partially precast
bridges.
The forward-moving of the form carrier is easy with the pull
or push auxiliary devices recommended by ULMA.
Parapet form carrier in between two bridge decks
Parapet form carrier
Light form carrier which can be moved manually. It is used
for applications with lower load-bearing and forward-
moving requirements. It only requires a solid base where to
rest the guide rail on.
This system is the appropriate for the construction of bridge
protection parapets.
Vertical formwork carrier for double-sided walls
Vertical formwork carrier
By fixing the formwork onto this carrier, it eases and
simplifies the formwork erection and stripping works and
the travel of the formwork to the next pouring stage in the
construction of single or double-sided concrete walls.
