He makes recommendations to the Commander on all matters pertaining to NCO ranks. He leads the NCOs and enlisted personnel of the school, ensures policy compliance, adherence to standards in performance and maintenance of good order and discipline. CSM Dulaj joined the Slovak Armed Forces in September 1993. Following graduation from Military High School (Electronics and Communications Branch) he joined the 5th Missile Regiment, where he served as a Signal Section Leader, Signal Platoon Commander and Special Communication Platoon Commander. He returned to the Military High School for a short spell as a technician/instructor in the Logistics Education Section before starting deployment to the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) serving as a Warehouse Manager, Logistics NCO and Logistics Support Platoon Deputy Commander. In 2005 he reported to the National Academy of Defence to assume responsibility as a Cadet Platoon Commander for potential officers. He was subsequently selected to be a part of the multinational project Junior Staff Officer's Course (JSOC), where he served as a Deputy Information Technology (IT) Manager, and then transferred to the International Staff Officer's Course (ISOC) as a Training Senior NCO. In 2009 he attended the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy and graduated from Class 60. He was subsequently promoted to the most senior NCO rank and appointed to the post of CSM in the mobile CIS Base, where he contributed to the Slovak contingent to the NATO Deployable Communication Module, 3rd NATO Signal Battalion. In 2012 Dulaj served as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) to the Joint Logistic Support Group during which he deployed to Bosnia and Herzegovina, as part of EUFOR, and employed within the LOT (Liaison and Observation Team) Coordination Centre and SLOVCON. Upon his return, he was appointed to the post of CSEL in the Command, Control and Surveillance Brigade (Air Operational Centre) of the Slovak Air Force. Dulaj has also served as acting-CSM of the Training and Support Forces Command and acting-CSEL of the Slovak Air Force Command during his career. CSM Dulaj joined the NATO School Oberammergau in 2015 as a Course Director & Instructor in the NCO Programmes Department. He is married to his wife Olga and has two children, Karolína and Teodor. Biography Command Senior Enlisted Leader
