July 7 – Depart USA

July 8 – Arrive in Munich Arrive in Munich where you will be met by our local representatives.Enjoy a tour of historic Munich, including a stop at the Rathaus(Town Hall) to watch the famous Glockenspiel. This historic clockfrom 1908 chimes its 43 bells and enchants viewers with its 32 life‐size moving figures three times per day. You will also see the OperaHouse and the Hofbrauhaus. Enjoy some time to shop beforetransferring to your alpine hotel in Austria for your seven night stay.

July 9 – Chiemsee and BerchtesgadenEnjoy a short, pleasant drive to southern Germany and take a boatride to see a magnificent palace on an island in the middle of LakeChiemsee, which is the largest body of water in Bavaria. TheHerrenchiemsee Palace is the third of King Ludwig II’s famousbuildings, and is basically his version of Versailles, built almost 200years earlier by his idol Louis XIV of France. It is a sumptuous andlavish palace with beautiful gardens and fountains in the mostunlikely of settings. The palace was never finished, as constructionwas halted after Ludwig’s mysterious death. After a scenic drivethrough impressive valleys, we reach Berchtesgaden, a historicBavarian Alpine village. Enjoy free time in the village nestled in thisbeautiful national park.

July 10 – Kufstein (Performance)Enjoy exploring this historic Bavarian town. You can see the KufsteinFortress as it towers above the city. Take time to walk theRomerhorgasse at leisure and explore the city center. As you walkthrough the city, you can hear the melodies of the open‐air organplaying throughout the town. Today's performance will be apromoted concert. Later in the day you will travel to Kitzbuhelwhere you will see a traditional alpine village that lies in the valleyat the foot of the Kitzbuheler Horn.

July 11 – Ettal, Oberammergau, and Passion Play (Performance)Return to Bavaria and visit the beautiful Abbey of Ettal, a workingmonastery founded in 1330. After the Black Plague, that wasrampant in Europe, left their small village, the grateful people ofOberammergau promised God that they would show their gratitude

by putting on a Passion Play. Over 380 years later you will get toenjoy this one‐of‐a‐kind, six hour musical and dramatic performance.You will have reserved seats, a guided tour of the town andmotorcoach transfers to and from the play’s theater. Perform priorto the Passion Play in the Oberammergau area. Dinner inOberammergau is included.

July 12 – Achensee (Performance)Enjoy a short scenic drive to the beautiful Alpine lake, Achensee.Enjoy a boat ride on its beautiful waters, marvel in the majestic Alps,and savor a traditional apple strudel. This afternoon perform at apromoted concert in town or at a mission venue.

July 13 – Salzburg (Performance)Begin a full‐day musical adventure as you explore the city ofMozart’s birth, Salzburg. You’ll visit the Cathedral and famous HorseFountain. You’ll view Hellbrunn Castle, Mirabell Palace and ‐‐ fromacross the river ‐‐ see Leopoldskron Palace, which is famous as thefilm location for “The Sound of Music.” Today you will perform inSalzburg Dome, or one of the historic churches as well as in thetown square.

July 14 – Innsbruck and RattenbergThe capital of Austria’s Tyrol region, Innsbruck is famous as the siteof two winter Olympics. Follow your guide on your half‐daymorning tour through the quaint medieval streets of Old Town tothe sparkling Golden Roof. The glittering sloping roof has been anopulent landmark since the 15th century. You’ll view Maria Theresa’sImperial Palace, Triumphal Arch and visit the Hofkirche. Plus, you’llhave time to explore the medieval city on your own. This afternoontravel to the medieval village of Rattenberg for a glass ‐ blowingdemonstration and free time to explore.

Since 1634, the most famous Passion Play in the world has takenplace in Oberammergau. The tradition, maintained and experiencedalmost without interruption for over 380 years, of putting on theplay about the suffering, death and resurrection of Christ every tenyears, will be continued for the 42nd time in 2020. It is regarded asthe most important Passion Play in the world. The village at the edgeof the Bavarian Alps expects approximately 500,000 visitors for thepassion play, over half of which will be international guests. A speciallaw is in effect to insure that all actors of the world's largest amateurdramatic performance come from the village. All participants, fromactors playing the big speaking parts such as Jesus, Mary or Judas,through members of the choir, orchestra members, firemen andushers, must have been born in Oberammergau or lived there for atleast 20 years. Over 2,000 Oberammergau villagers will participatein the 2020 Passion Play.

REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED after January 09, 2020:We welcome registrations after 01/09/20. Registrations received between 01/10/20 - 04/08/20 will incur a $100per person fee. Registrations received between 04/09/20 - 04/23/20 will incur a $200 per person fee. Registrationsreceived between 04/24/20 - 05/08/20 will incur a $400 per person fee. Registrations received on 05/09/20 or laterwill incur an additional fee based on air availability. Additional fees will be advised upon registration.CANCELLATION FEES: 100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel Protection Program, provided premium has beenpaid and reason for cancellation is coverable. Those who do not take travel protection should be aware of thefollowing cancellation penalties: Your deposit is fully refundable up until 12/31/2018, thereafter all guests cancellingwill be subject to the following penalties. From day of registration to 240 days prior to departure, you will be chargedthe $100 non-refundable administrative fee plus any airline fees. Additionally, thereafter, you will be charged anyairline penalties and a single room supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into a single plus thefollowing charges: 239-150 days = $400; 149-120 days = $800; 119-90 days = $1800; 89-76 days= 40%; 75 daysto day of departure = 100% of total cost. Submit cancellation in writing. On or after day of departure, there will beno refund for any services not used.FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT:Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk andtravel on the tour. Because many of the sites are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needingoxygen, wheelchairs, or other ambulatory assistance will find the tour extremely limiting to their experiences. PASSPORT INFORMATION, CONFIRMATION OF ITINERARY & CHECK IN PROCESS: Passport information must be submitted to our office no later than 1/9/20. Failure to provide your passport informationto our office by this date may result in change fees or denial of travel. 180 days prior to your trip you will becontacted to re-confirm your itinerary, travel arrangements and registration information during the preliminary checkin process for your trip. Discrepancies in information or failure to check in for your tour may result in change fees,delays in receiving travel documents for your trip, or denial of travel. PRICE INCREASES:All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to change prior to payment in full due to currency fluctuations, fuelsurcharge increases, government taxes and fees increases or unforeseen circumstances. In addition, you may besubject to a price increase after payment in full has been received due to potential government imposed taxesand fees.AIRLINE ROUTES and TICKETS:In order to keep prices low, we do not guarantee the most direct routing to your final destination. Once "printed",airline tickets cannot be changed or refunded thereafter.
