    “SHARING & LEARNING” (10

    th Program)

    24th

     - 27th

     July 2016, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

“An innovative approach to Learn & improve quality education, leadership & administrative practices andimplementing changes”

    MM Sharing & Learning?

Mind Mingle Sharing & Learning is a movement initiated by Mind Mingle team for creating opportunities for school leaders to learn

the best educational practices from the most creative & top schools in India & abroad through practical school visits and group

discussions. Hundreds of schools have been benefitted from this initiative.

The core of this educational initiative lies on sharing and learning. As we believe that every school/school leader follows some

different excellent practices, some schools are good at ‘teacher retention’ some are good at ‘parent involvement’ some are do ing

great in ‘academics’ where some are good at ‘co-curricular activities’ and so on. We believe that if every school starts to share its best practices with other schools, it will certainly bring an immense change and

    make every school equally good.

Objectives:  To make school leaders experience the various innovative practices being followed by the most creative & top schools o

    the country.

To create an environment where school leaders can share with and learn from one another the best practices they have

been implementing in their own schools.

To help schools develop a good relationship with maximum schools for future educational collaborations

This Four day program includes the following:

    1.

    Workshops:

      Workshop on ‘Multiple Intelligence’

    2.  Visits to two different schools:

intelligences), not just linguistically or logically. Multiple Intelligences will be divided into several sessions: MI

theory in-depth; the eight intelligences; the impact of MI in the classroom  The Pathways Model, an approach

that connects the theory to classroom practice.

How MI is implemented at Riverside (Interest Centers; Clubs) At the conclusion of this workshop, teachers will be

able to design sessions that incorporate Multiple Intelligences within the classroom, such as hooks, assignments,

    and assessments.

    Special lunch & Dinner:

Vishalla: Traditional Gujarati Dinner: Imagine a place where there are no closed rooms or halls, lanterns usedinstead of heavy lighting, natural air replacing air-conditioned air, folk songs being sung without mikes, muddy lanes,

homely food served on a tree leaf, and everything around resembling a typical Indian village. The waiters and other staff are

    Feedback of previous Program:

I wouldn’t call it study tour but an experience as we met those great personalities who we never thought of, but just heard o f. we

cancelled our srilanka conference organized by Cambridge and attended the Mind Mingle program. But let me say it was worth

missing that conference. Yes the schools and the people we met is by itself a good experience for a principal and management.- Dr.

Archana Sanil- Director & Trustee, Chief Mentor – IRA Global School, Maharastra

Coming for this trip has been a great experiece .From the onset, it was a very well conceived idea. Certainly conferences and

seminars are not as inspiring as experiencing change, seeing innovation in practice.

The schools you chose were very well picked and trips there were really thought inspiring. I complement you for so smoothly

arranging for sessions with founders of the schools

Other arrangements were equally good. Above all your personal involvement, enthusiastic participation and personal care to each

    individual was wonderful.

You have started with a BANG . Keep it up - Ritu Kohli- Principal, Eicher School, Faridabad, Haryana

Congratulations for initiating a program for school Principal's which in a subtle way cajoled the learner in each of us. It was a perfect

blend of sharing best practices and engaging in problem resolution. Your personal touch to ensure constructivism is noteworthy.
