The owner and architect visited Guadalajara many times to select the unique elements found at 3 Margaritas in downtown Denver. All the furniture was custom-designed for the space and fabricated in Guadalajara. The bartop and tables were fabricated in Mexico and made from Parota, a sustainable wood from the Mexican state of Jalisco. The glass and wood screens depict this special tree. All the art is from Tlaquepaque and Tonala, two areas of Guadalajara famous for their arts and crafts. These special pieces represent the range of artistic expression in Jalisco from indigenous to traditional to contemporary. We hope you enjoy.
