HAPPY BIRTHDAY Lachy

Road CrossingA reminder to our parents and carers who collect their children from the side gate:

* Please come and collect your child from the gate side of the road, even if they are older.

* Please do not wait in the car on the opposite side of the road and call your child over to

cross the road by themselves.

Your children are very precious to all of us and we want to keep them safe. Thank you.

Learning with PassionI was able to spend some time in KH and K/1C’s room for a maths lesson.

I loved seeing how keen our younger students were able to engage in the maths

activities around sharing and division.

Jairell read me some of his book about squirrels. He’s doing an awesome job

of improving his reading.

2/3B gave me a sneak peak of their music performance on some drums.

It sounded very impressive.

Liam, Mia, Ty and Bailey-Jai all brought me their fantastic letter writing to their chosen

crayon based on the book The Day the Crayons Came Home.

Brock showed me his great writing about turtles. He had lots of information in his writing.

Over and AboveMaycee - for being a kind friend and making sure others felt included.

Jairell – for working really hard to improve his reading.

Lachlan – for going over and above to make sure our playground was tidy.

Lowanna – for always being a polite and friendly member of our school.

Ashton – for always willing to assist others.

Cooper – for going over and above by showing positive behaviours on and off the sporting fields.

Ryan – for continuously learning with passion and assisting others.

Jye – for continuously learning with passion and assisting others.
