NCERT Foundation Day celebrated

addressing the gathering Prof. ParvinSinclair emphasized on the need to realize the emerging challenges in front of school education across the
country. On this auspicious occasion, a documentary film highlighting 50 years of achievements of the institute
was displayed. Prof. V. K. Kakaria, Principal of the institute welcomed the guests. Dr. Rajesh Mishra, Dean of
instructions of the institute proposed a vote of thanks. Plantation in the institute campus was also done by
Hon’ble Director NCERT, Hon’ble Joint Director, NCERT and Prof. Roop Singh Bareth, Hon’ble Vice-
Chancellor of MDS University.
The students and staff of RIE, Ajmer celebrated NCERT foundation day on September 01, 2012. On this
occasion various programmes such as uploading the web OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) of the
institute library, plantation and cultural programme were organized. The function was chaired by Shri R. S.
Sharma, Ex. Head Master, DM School RIE, Ajmer. Shri R.S. Sharma shared the memorable achievements of
NCERT with reference to Demonstration Multipurpose School. Shri P. K. Upadhyay, Technical Director,
NIC, New Delhi presided over the function and appraised the different activities of NIC. Prof. V.K. Kakaria,
Principal of the institute launched the web OPAC of the institute library. Dr Rajesh Mishra, Dean of Instructions,
gave a brief overview of the glorious 51 years of the NCERT. Dr B.K. Jha, Assistant librarian of the institute
informed about the functioning, advantages and rationale behind the web OPAC. The function was coordinated
by Dr. S. V. Sharma, Chief Students’ Advisor of the institute.

Independence Day Celebration
In continuation with the extension lecture series, an extension
Lecture on “Wild Life Conservation” was delivered by eminent
scientist Prof. P. K. Mathur, Department of LSPM, Wild Life
Institute of India, Dehradun on February 01, 2013. The lecture
was organized by department of extension education, RIE, Ajmer.
Prof. V. K. Kakaria, Principal of the institute, welcomed Prof.
P. K. Mathur and highlighted the contribution of Prof. Mathur inthe area of environmental science. The organization of the extension lecture was done under the able guidance
of Dr. S. V. Sharma, Chief Students’ Advisor and his team member namely Mohammad Usman, Hitesh Insan
and Sanjeev. The lecture was attended by the students and staff of the Institute. Dr. Nagendra Singh, Head,
DEE proposed a vote of thanks to the guests and the audience including faculty, staff and students.
In order to commemorate the contribution and discovery of Sir C. V. Raman, the national science day was
celebrated in the institute on February 28, 2013. On this occasion the contribution and work of Sir C. V.
Raman was displayed through presentation by students and teachers. In the whole day celebration a science
quiz competition among the students was organized. A science exhibition demonstrating the working models,
teaching learning materials and instruments was also organized in the physics laboratory for the students of the
institute and nearby schools. The celebration was coordinated by Dr. S. K. Paradkar and quiz competition
was organized under the guidance of Prof. P. C. Agarwal and Dr. V.P. Arya.
In order to promote and enhance the use of Hindi language in the institute Hindi week was celebrated during
September 10-18, 2012. During this different competitions for the staff and students of the Institute were
organized. The Hindi week came to its end with a vow to strengthen the use of Hindi in day-to-day work. The
programme was coordinated by Dr Ram Niwas, Associate Professor in Hindi.
The Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August 2012 in the Institute’s playground, which was attended
by the staff members, their families and students including DM School. Prof. V. K. Kakaria, Principal, hoisted
the National flag and addressed the gatherings. The students of Institute including DM School presented their
cultural programmes including patriotic songs and dance.
International Women’s day Celebrated
International Week of Arts Education CelebratedThe international week of arts education was celebrated in the institute from May 21, 2012 to May 23, 2012.
During this the various visual and performing arts and aesthetics activities in the institute were organized. The
students participated in the preparation of the posters, earthen, wooden and paper articles. Stone sculpture
work was demonstrated and the students also took part during the process of demonstration for developing
stone article. Dance, Skit, Song etc. were also performed by the students. The faculty members were actively
involved during the programme and the staff of the institute was also present during the programme. The
programme was coordinated by Prof. J. P. Bagchi.

women’s
day was
celebrated
on March
8, 2013 in the assembly hall of the institute. Prof. V.K. Kakaria inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp
and addressed the gathering. On this occasion a poster competition was organized in which students participated
and painted the canvas of their imagination on the theme: A promise is a promise: Time for action to end
violence against women. A beautiful documentary reflecting the pressures faced by women in Indian society
viz. sati pratha, female foeticide, Parda pratha etc. was also presented by Ms. Sakshi Gupta, student of B.Ed.
(Firstl year). On this occasion a debate competition on the topic “A Separate Bank for women” was also
organized. The International Women’s Day committee memebrs Dr. Pramila Tanwar, Assistant Professor in
Chemistry, Smt. Dola Chakravorty, Smt. Bhawna Gaur, Dr. Anjali Chandra, Dr. Anusmita Swain, Dr. Arti
Sharma and Shri B.C. Kumawat organized the programme. Dr. Meenakshi Meena coordinated the programme.
Republic Day Celebration
Annual Day Celebrated
The 64th Republic Day was celebrated with patriotic zeal and pleasure on 26th January, 2013 in the institute
playground. Prof. V. K. Kakaria hoisted the National flag and addressed the gathering. He also inspected the
march past and took the salute. The festival was attended by the students, faculty and staff of the institute, and
their families. The students of the institute, DM School performed march past followed by cultural programmes,
including patriotic songs and dance.
The annual day of the Institute was celebrated in the Assembly Hall of the Institute on March 5, 2013. Prof.
Roop Singh Bareth, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of MDS University, Ajmer was the Chief Guest who gave away
the prizes to the winners in various inter house co-curricular activities being organized during the session 2012-
13 for students of the Institute. Prof. V. K. Kakaria, Principal, welcomed the chief guest and other dignitaries
present in the assembly hall. On this occasion various beautiful cultural programmes such as solo dance, group
dances and skit were performed by the students of the institute. The overall championship trophy for best
performance in literary, cultural and sports activities was given to Vishveshwaraiya House. Dr. S. V. Sharma,
Chief Students’ advisor presented the annual report of the institute for the academic session 2012-13. Dr.

The orientation programme on research methodology and functional statistical techniques for the faculty of
D.M. School of R.I.E., Ajmer was organized during January 1-5, 2013. A committee was constituted under
the coordination of Prof. J.P. Bagchi along with 7 members namely Dr. Rajesh Mishra, Dr. Nagendra Singh,
Dr. I.B. Chugtai, Dr. Saryug Yadav, Dr. Sukhvir Singh, Dr. Muzammil Hasan and Sh. Bhagchand Kumawat.
All the 19 faculty members of DM School were present during the orientation programme. All the relevant
areas of research methodology were successfully presented including utilization of library resources, application
of computers and statistical techniques in research. Besides this, theoretical understanding of different paradigms
of research, required thinking skills related to hypothesis formulation, globally acknowledge focal areas of
research and varied approaches of analysis were also discussed. Finally, the participants were requested to
develop proposals for undertaking research in the priority areas. The emphases were given on hands on
experience/group work to enable the participants to develop knowledge and necessary skills for independently
taking up research during the period of orientation. All the committee members delivered lectures and took
keen interest. The members were associated with the activities. Mr. D.N. Pandey, Head Master DM School
was also invited to deliver a talk on emerging concerns and issues in school education. The assistant librarian of
the Institute Dr. B.K. Jha was also one of the resource person to acquaint the participants about technical
know how of effective and efficient utilization of available documented database of research literature and
writing bibliography. The contractual basis Assistant Professors namely Mrs. Bhawana Gaur, Ms. Anjali Chandra,
Mrs. Dola Chakravorty, Mrs. Anusmita Swain and Mr. S.C. Mohanty were also involved.
To improve quality of teaching in actual classroom practices in Science and Mathematics and to improve
quality of secondary education resulting in enhanced intellectual, social and cultural learning the RMSA cell of
the Regional Institute of Education Ajmer organized a 5-days capacity building programmes for the state of
Rajasthan from Feb 18-22, 2013 and for the state of Himachal Pradesh from March 1-5, 2013. The training
was imparted by using the in-service teacher package development (ITPD) developed by NCERT. Dr. Sukhvir
Singh Associate professor in Chemistry and Dr. Ram Babu Pareek assistant coordinated the science programme
for the state of Rajasthan and HP respectively. Dr. P.C. Agarwal, Associate Professor in Physics and Dr. Rana

An exploratory study of Implementation of the Rightof Children to free and Compulsory Education Act
2009
Thinking School: An Experiment
Pratap, Assistant professor in Physics were the coordinators for mathematics programme for the state of
Rajasthan and HP respectively. Out of total invited 80 participants (40 each in Science and Mathematics), the
49 Participants of Rajasthan state (23 in Science and 26 in Mathematics) attended the programme, while for
the state of HP 52 Participants (27 in Science and 25 in Mathematics) attended the programme. Dr. Ram Babu
Pareek is the nodal officer of RMSA cell Ajmer.
The Regional institute of Education, Ajmer organized a four day workshop for the analysis of curriculum,
syllabi, textbooks and other resource materials at secondary level in the light of NCF-05 perspectives for the
Uttar Pradesh from Feb 25-28, 2013. The main objective of the workshop was to analyze the curriculum,
textbooks and other resource material which have been developed by the state of UP at secondary level. In the
present workshop total 50 participants were invited (25 from NCERT and its constituents and 25 from State
of Uttar Pradesh) out of them only 11 from NCERT and its constituents and 14 from UP joined the workshop.
The faculty members from the Institute in different subject areas were also involved to analyze the State
curriculum and textbooks in light of NCF, 2005.The RIE Ajmer faculty who were involved in this programme
include Dr. I. B. Chugtai, Dr. Saryug Yadav, Dr. Rajesh Mishra, Dr. Ram Niwas, Mr. Albert Horo, Dr. S. V.
Sharma, Dr. P.C. Agarwal. Dr. Sukhveer Singh, Dr. S. K. Pradkar, Dr. A. K. Nainawat, and Dr. V. P. Arya.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Ram Babu Pareek, nodal officer RMSA project cell, Ajmer.
To find out the status of implementation of provisions of RTE Act 2009 and to assess the awareness level of
stakeholders in the states and UTs to implement RTE act 2009 a PAC programme titled “An Exploratory
Study of Implementation of the Right of Children to free and Compulsory Education Act 2009” was under
taken by the DE, RIE, Ajmer. The Secretaries (Education)/ State Project Directors (SSA) of States & UTs
were approached personally. The questionnaires/ interview schedules seeking information regarding the step
taken & field based data about readiness of educational functionaries were developed. In the first phase, Uttar
Pradesh was under taken for the study for realizing the objective. Dr. Pramila Tanwar, Assistant Professor in
Chemistry coordinated the programme.
The second phase of research project entitled “Thinking School: An Experiment” was completed. In order to
promote thinking skills among students and their monitoring the primary school teachers of demonstration
Refresher course in Chemistry for PGTs of NavodayaVidyalaya Samiti
multipurpose school were oriented. During training the queries and doubts of teachers regarding different
instructional and assessment tools were discussed and resolved by taking practical examples. Data collection
regarding this project has been completed. The designing of thinking based test items were also discussed to
them. Dr. S. V. Sharma coordinated the project. Dr. Saryug Yadav was also associated with the project as co-
investigator.
A ten days content enrichment training programme in Chemistry at senior secondary level was organized for
the PGTs of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti working in different JNVs of eight region- Jaipur, Bhopal, Patna,
Hyderabad, Pune, Shillong, Chandigarh and Lucknow at RIE Ajmer from May 16 to May 25, 2012. During
the refresher course the latest concepts including emerging areas, techniques involved in class room transaction
and lab work were identified and training was imparted using different instructional strategies recommended in
NCF-2005. During the training the core concepts such as Metal carbonyls, Ellingham and oxidation state

diagram, stereochemistry, redox reactions, electrochemistry, solid state, aromaticity, carbohydrates, MOT,
transition elements, green chemistry etc. were discussed elaborately with their pedagogical aspects. The 24
PGTs of different JNVs participated the training and were refreshed themselves for enrichment of their content
knowledge with certain aspects of pedagogy & experiments under the collaborative guidance of subject experts
from Govt. College, Ajmer- Dr. D. C. Gupta, Dr. Alok Chaturvedi, Dr. S. K. Arora, Dr. Arun Pareek and
institute faculty- Dr. Sukhvir Singh. Dr. I. B. Chugtai, Dr. Ayushman Goswami, Dr. V. P. Arya, Dr. R. B.
Pareek, Dr. Anand K Arya, Dr. A. K. Nainawat, Dr. Pramila Tanwar Dr. O. P. Meena and Dr. R. K. Sharma.

The field work training in working with community of pupil teachers of B.Ed. part I (secondary) was organized
by RIE, Ajmer during February 22-28, 2013. The specific objectives of the programme were to acquaint the
pupil teachers with the factors of working with community and the real life problems of the community and to
develop meaningful relationship between education and community. The programmes impart the experience of
decentralized management system and skills relating to the organization of educational programmes with the
community to the students. The participatory approach was followed in training programme. Apart from this
pupil teacher’s organized cultural programme to develop skills to convey message to community on various
problems related to socio-economic and educational aspects of the community. The 25 pupil teachers participated
in the programme. Dr. Meenakshi Meena, Assistant Professor in Education coordinated the programme.

and staff of RIE, Ajmer celebrated teacher’s
day on September 05, 2012 at the Assembly
Hall of the Institute. Prof. V. K. Kakaria
inaugurated the function and highlighted theimportance of the teacher in society. The students paid respect and gratitude to their teachers by welcoming
them by flowers. Dr. Rajesh Mishra, Dr. Nagendra Singh, Dr. S. K. Paradkar and Dr. I. B. Chugtai also
expressed their views on this occasion. Dr. S.V. Sharma, students’ advisor coordinated the programme.
Educational Tour of B. Sc. B. Ed. IV Year and B.Ed.(final) year Students’
NCC Activities in for the Academic Session 2012-13The Institute NCC army wing unit of 53 cadets is associated with 11 Raj. Bn. Ajmer. In the current academic
year 2012-13 one more unit of 54 Cadets for girls have been started in association with 5 Raj Girls Bn.
Udaipur. The 37 cadets participated the annual training camp held at old R. T. O. office, Ajmer during September
3-12, 2012 while, 13 cadets including 8 girls have attended combined annual training camp organized at
Kayad Vishram Sthali, Ajmer during January 18-27, 2013 to become eligible for “C” and “B” Certificate
respectively. The NCC cadets of institute marched a rally in Ajmer city on World AIDS day (Dec 01, 2012)
and Kargil Vijay Divas (July 23) to aware the public and youth of Ajmer city on AIDS and to boost up Indian
army respectively. The cadets participated in parade at institute ground on Independence day and Republic
day celebration. In the present academic year twenty four cadets have been awarded with “C” certificate. The
NCC cadets Miss Prerna Singh has got first position in shooting. Mr. Kohla Ram and Ms. Khushnoor Bano
have been declared as best NCC cadet in men and women category. Dr. A. K. Nainawat is the NCC officer
of the institute.
As a part of co-curricular activity, an educational
tour for B. Sc. B.Ed. IV year and B.Ed. (final)
year students was organized by the institute. The
14 students of B. Sc. B.Ed. IV year visited RIE,
Mysore from Dec 25, 2012 to Jan 07, 2013, with
an object to exchange views with students of RIE,
Mysore. Along with this, the students of B. Sc. B.Ed. IV year also visited many places of southern part of India such as Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore,
lalbag botanical garden, Bandipur wildlife sanctuary madu malai sanctuary, Ooty botanical garden, Ooty lake,
tea farming in ooty, Mysore Zoo, Krishnaraf sagar dam (Vairdavan garden), Mysore, Rajiv Gandhi National
park, Mysore, coffee farming etc. While, the students of B. Ed. (final) year visited different places of Udaipur
and Chittorgarh to experience the geographical and cultural diversity in their two days visit from Jan 15 to Jan
17, 2013.

Ms. Roopa Arya, M.Ed. has been awarded by Dr. Zakir Hussain Prize for obtaining highestpercentage marks in M.Ed. (Elementary).

The winning team members (Ms Pooja Soni, Ms Prerana Singh, Ms Isha Srivastave, Ms Saumya, MsRekha Badgujar, Ms Joyti Singh, Ms Lakshi Sharma, Ms Alka Shukla, Ms Sandhya Maurya, MsMadhavi, Ms Prabha Verma, Ms Asha Kumari, Ms Kiran, Ms Upasna, Ms Kanchan Meena and MsKarmavati) of MDS University women cricket tournament has been awarded as best players of theyear.
The RIE annual sports and athletics meet for the
session 2012-2013 was organized from 22 Feb.2013
to Feb. 27, 2013. The annual sports and athletics meet
was inaugurated by Prof. V. K. Kakaria, Principal of
the Institute. During the meet the various Inter-house
competitions in different games such as volleyball, table
tennis, badminton, etc. and athletic events such as 100m, 200 m., 400m, 800m races, 4x100 m relay shot put, javelin throw, long jump, high jump etc. were held in
both the categories for men and women. The meet was organized under the guidance of Dr. Nagendra Singh,
Chairman Organizing Secretary, Shri K. C. Meena and Shri Atul Dubey. Mr. Sunil Kumar Meena and Ms
Saroj Rathore were declared as the best athlete in men and women section respectively.
The research study to educate teachers and to create awareness regarding environmental education, the
conservation of non-conventional food and vegetables used by the different tribes of Rajasthan state was

carried out. For this the different species (herbaria) and information of non-conventional food and vegetables
of Rajasthan state, keeping their medicinal aspects, have been collected. A record of non-conventional food
and vegetables used in the traditional practices by different tribes of Rajasthan were maintained and their ethno
botanical information was also collected. The study was carried out in tribal districts of Rajasthan state viz
Banswara, Dausa, Karoli, Baran, Sirohi, Rajsamand, Dungarpur and Udaipur. The research study was carried
out by Dr. B. Barthakur, Associate Professor of Botany.
Dr. Saryug Yadav, Associate Professor of English, has published research paper titled “A
Study of Students’ Conceptual Understanding of EVS and Mathematics in Hindi and English
Medium Schools at Primary Level” in the “Journal of Teacher education” (A research Journal
of Education), 2012, Volume 3(5), page no 45-73 of Omega Publications, New Delhi. Dr.Yadav has also published his research paper titled “The Art of Teaching Poetry” in the “The Indian Journal
of English Studies” 2013, volume 50, page no-383-397. Dr. Yadav contributed a chapter titled “Using ICT
in English Language Education: Excellences & Limitations” in the book “Information and Communication
Technology in ELT: Prospects and Perspectives” Germany: LAMBERT Academic Publishing (page no.
353-366).
Dr S. V. Sharma, Associate Professor of Physics has published a research paper titled
“Mechanism of superconductivity in YBaCuO high Tc oxide superconductors” in the Journal
Bulletin of Pure & Applied Sciences, 2012, volume 31D-1, page 51-58. Dr. Sharma also
published one more research paper titled “Structural Studies of Carbon Cluster films” in the
Journal “Bulletin of Pure Applied Sciences” 2012, volume 31D-2 page no. 167-172 (2012).
Dr. Anil Kumar Nainawat published his research paper titled “Novel green Synthetic
approaches” in Chem. News letter, 2013, volume1, page 65-66.
Dr. Bidyadhar Barthakur, Associate Professor of Botany has published a research article
titled “ Monoculture Practice Inside Nambar reserve forest, Golaghat, Assam, India and its
impact on Mycoflora population” in journal “Advances in Plant Sciences (ISSN 0970-
3586)” June/2012, page no. 407-409.
Dr. Pramila Tanwar, Assistant Professor in Chemistry published a research paper “Use of

Gold Medal for his outstanding contribution in the field of plant sciences.Dr. Saryug Yadav, Associate Professor in English presented his research paper “Challenges

Challenges of Teaching Language and Literature in the Age of Globalization held at S. N.
Sinha College, Jehanabad, from 7- 8 December 2012. He also chaired the one of the papers
reading sessions during the seminar.
Dr. P. K. Chaurasia, Associate Professor in Mathematics presented his paper titled “Dynamic
Assessment- GeoGebra Quiz Plugin for Moodle” in “India- Canada Conference” on Open
and Flexible Distance Learning during February 20-22, 2013 held at SNDT University Mumbai,
(International). He also presented a paper “Deeper Learning and Constructivism – A Case
study with primary children on Number Concept” at National Meet” on Celebration of National
Year of Mathematics–2012, NCERT, New Delhi-during 20-22 December, 2012. He also
presented his paper “Teaching of Geometry at Primary Stage” in the seminar “ TIME-Primary”
held at IIT Mumbai during December 8-10, 2012. Dr. Chaurasia also coordinated the two
books Exemplar Problem Book in for Mathematics for Class –VII and VIII.
Sh. Muzammil Hassan, Assistant Professor in Extension Education has presented his research

Process” in National Seminar on Innovative Practices and Teaching held at Deoband College
of Higher Education, Dioband SRE (U.P.) on February 9, 2013.
Prof. J.P. Bagchi chaired the session and submitted report for promoting school and college

necessary for promoting school and college education in the state” for the state of Jammu &

degree on September 29, 2012 for his thesis on “Charge Transport and Magnetic Properties
of Iron-embedded Multiwall Carbon Nanotubes” from Indian Institute of Science,Bangalore. Dr. Arya has published 5 papers in various International journals.
Shri Ayushman Goswami, Assistant professor in education has been awarded Ph.D. degree
for his thesis titled “Constructivism: A Philosophical Inquiry” on April 20, 2013 from department
of philosophy, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
Shri B. K. Jha, Assistant Librarian of Institute has been awarded Ph.D. degree for his thesis
titled “Designing of an online information revtrial system in education in India- With special
reference to NCERT as an National resource centre” on July 22, 2013 from department of

Staff News Promotions
Dr. P.C. Agarwal has been promoted as Professor of Physics in the institute w. e. f. January 01,
2009 and joined as Head, DESM on March 25, 2013. Prof. Agarwal obtained his Ph.D. degree
from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur in the field of Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics. During
his excellent academic carrier he has been awarded various scholarships/ fellowships includingNational Rural Talent Scholarship, Rajasthan Board of Sec. Edu. Scholarship, GATE-Scholarship, CSIR
JRF-NET and SRF(NET) and UGC research associateship (direct). He has been a Lecturer in Science at
Sandhan, Jaipur, an education and development study organization during 1994-95 and coauthored several
books on environmental studies ‘Khoji Pothi’ based on MLL published under the Lok Jumbish project. He
served as a dedicated teacher at Agarwal College, Jaipur, Regional College of Education, Ajmer, University
Maharaja’s College, Jaipur and Govt. College Ajmer during 1992-2001. Prof. Agarwal has joined NCERT in
2001 as Reader in Physics at RIE, Bhubaneswar. He has rich experience of 21 years in teaching & research,
and published over 34 research papers in National and International journals of repute in the area of Metallic
Glasses and Superconductivity. He has also participated and presented papers in more than 30 International
and National conferences and working as referee of various journals of National and International repute. He
has completed several research projects including two UGC projects as principal investigator. Presently, he is
working in the development of teaching-learning material for school education and has published 10 articles/
papers in the field of science education. He has several research collaborations with Vidya Bhawan Socity,
Udaipur, Eklavya, Hosagabad, Centre for Educational Research & Practices, Jaipur, Rajasthan Council for
Elementary Education, Jaipur etc. in a various developmental, research and training programmes. Prof. Agarwal
has coauthored many books including two books published by NCERT and working as editor of an annual
journal ‘Scientia’ published by Govt. College, Ajmer. He has been a member of several academic organizations
such as board of studies in education MDS University, Ajmer, board of studies in Physics, Bikaner University,
Bikaner and regional council of IAPT at CDPE, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Prof. P. C. Agarwal has also
visited educational testing service, Princeton, USA in March 2009 for having an interaction in the field of large
scale assessment.
New JoiningDr. Praveen Kumar Chaurasia has been recruited as an Associate Professor in mathematics
and joined RIE, Ajmer on April 9, 2013. He joined NCERT in September 2003 as Lecturer
in Mathamatics. Dr. Chaurasia obtained his Ph.D. Degree from Indian Institute of
Technology, Kanpur in the field of Harmonic Analysis in 2008. During his excellent academic
career he has been awarded with various academic distinctions including Ishwar Narain Kichlu (1999) and
Cox Vidyant Memorial Gold Medal (1999) awards from University of Allahabad, Allahabad. He has published
his four National and International research papers in various journals. He has been the author and coordinator
of more than six books. He has also presented papers and been chair speaker in more than 15 conference and
seminar of National and International repute. Dr. Chaurasia also worked as member in the editorial board
Mathematics Special issue for the Journal Bhartiya Adhunik Skhisha in January, 2009. Dr. Chaurasia is the
project coordinator of the Mathematics of Planet Earth-2013.
