There is widespread, growing interest inunderstanding the relationship betweenbehavioural preferences and businesssuccess, and research has identified a clusterof nine behavioural strengths, orcompetencies, that are linked to both mentaltoughness and peak leadership performance.The PRISM Mental Toughness Inventorymeasures a candidate’s preference for each ofthose behaviours. They include: self-belief,ambition, resilience, self-management,optimism, determination, independence,competitiveness and adaptability. The PRISMMental Toughness Inventory is an excitingadvance in the ability to measure the buildingblocks that are scientifically linked to businesssuccess.
