Currently, two structures exist on Lot 156, however, this subdivision amendment will assign them both to separate lots. The restrictive covenants that were recorded in 1992 and amended in 2010 with Phase 4, allow Lot 156 to be subdivided into six (6) lots. Additionally, this subdivision modification has been approved by Lafayette County. At the regular Planning Commission meeting on February 13, 2017, the Commission recommended approval with conditions for a Final Plat (Amended) for Royal Oaks Phase 4, Lot 156. The conditions of approval by the Planning Commission are as follows: 1. Approval of ‘Royal Oaks, Phase 4, Lot156’ Preliminary Plat by the Mayor and Board of Alderman. 2. Approval is contingent on the Board of Alderman agreeing to provide water and sewer services outside of the City limits. 3. Public Works approval of water and sewer locations. 4.
