running for city council.Wehave to give credit to thethreewomen– theYins –whohaveprettymuch stuckto a commitment to carryout the duties of the position.Onehas flat out said shewillnotmake anypromises. hand, are from the shade ordark side.On their flier, Ce-sar Parada,ArmandoLopezand JesusKataura proclaim

they are the protectors of thelocal economy.Howcan thisbe?All threewere in supportof theCWAboycott ofNo-gales aimed to spite the lateMayor IgnacioBarrazawhowas targeted for recall by thecluster fudge knownasCiti-zens forBetterNogalesGov-ernment –nothing butunionpatsies.CWA leader LindaHat-
