Introduction to Cisco MediaSense Release 11.5(1)SU01These release notes describe changes for Release 11.5(1)SU01 of Cisco MediaSense. You can also openrelease notes for prior versions of Cisco MediaSense available at http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/customer-collaboration/mediasense/tsd-products-support-series-home.html.

These release notes are based on the following software version: 11.5.1.11001-4

Features for Cisco MediaSense Release 11.5(1)SU01The following new features have been introduced in Cisco MediaSense Release 11.5(1)SU01.

MediaSense Video Recording Playback Enhancement

When a video call from CUBE comes to MediaSense, it starts recording it and when the same call puts onhold and VoH starts playing then this VoH would get recorded in the same session with the previous call andwhen it gets resumed the same session would be used to record the call but after the implementation of thisfeature, the VoH of a video call from CUBE will get recorded in a separate session and the previous sessionwill move to close state and when the call will resume, the MediaSense will again create a new session forthe remaining call and the VoH session will get closed.

For a case where no media is configured during hold or MoH is played then there will not be any change inbehavior from MediaSense side i.e. it will get recorded in a single session and no separate session is createdin case of MoH and No media.
