3 REMOVE EXISTING BOILER, XB1-1, AND ALL ASSOCIATED HEATING

SHOWN. CAPPED AND MAKE GOOD FOR RECONNECTION.

4 COMPLETELY REMOVE EXISTING 3-WAY VALVE AND REPLACE WITH

NEW. 3-WAY VALVE TO BE WIRED TO EXISTING DDC. UPDATE ALL

BMS GRAPHICS AND CONTROLS AS REQUIRED.

5 CONFIRM EXISTING FLOW AND STATIC PRESSURE OF EXISTING PUMP PRIOR

TO REMOVAL. CONTRACTOR SHALL ISSUE BALANCING REPORT OF PUMP, TO

INTEGRAL FOR REVIEW, PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF DEMOLITION WORK.
