Extend the Love of God (Mark 16: 15).
THE BAD NEWS/GOOD NEWS Bad News - 1. All have sinned- Romans 3: 23 2. The wages of sin is death- Romans 6: 23
Good News - 1. Christ died for our sins- Romans 5:1, 8 2. We can be saved through placing our trust
in Christ alone- Eph. 2:8-9 Is there anything keeping you from trusting Christ today?

Life-Change Resource Help! My Anger Is Out of Control
By Jim Newheiser
Anger is widespread; it is even a major problem among professing Christians. While people express anger in
different ways, it is a challenge for every Christian. Some feel powerless as anger rises. Others try to justify
themselves. The question that must be addressed is how a sinfully angry person can become a person of grace. This
mini-book provides the answer and gives us hope by directing our attention to the power of Christ to transform
angry people into gracious people.
For sale - Kimball piano, approximately 50-60 years old. Retail value = $500 - $700. Needs tuning and minor repairs. See Julie Flora or
another Worship Comm. member, if interested.

Ribbon of Hope 2016 Ideal
Beach Triathlon Saturday, June 11
10K, 5K Walk and 5K Run, and Kids Triathlon.
This is our largest fundraiser of the year and provides 1/6 of our annual
operating budget. As you know Ribbon of Hope is very intentional in sharing the hope of Jesus Christ with hurting people all the while walking
alongside them and providing practical, meaningful support. Every
service offered is provided free of charge!
We need your help: · Volunteers needed: Running this event requires a minimum of 70 volunteers. Various time slots and positions are available. Would you consider running an announcement or some type of advertisement at the church? · Registered participants: We have tried to build this event to accommodate the die-hard runner as well as the novice. The 5K walk is a perfect event for families with young children. Strollers and casual walkers are easily accommodated at the event. · Sponsorships: Consider showing your support of our ministry by providing a small $250 sponsorship. Doing so will add the church’s name to the back of our special event shirts and on the sponsorship banner. · Prayer support! This is the greatest gift you can provide. We are asking for great weather, a steady supply of volunteers to sign up, 600 registered participants, and for the first time in 10 years, a new $10,000 anchor sponsor. The environment at EGH is always changing. For the first time in 10 years EGH will not serve as the Anchor Sponsor for our event. As you may know EGH is now part of the much larger Beacon Health System out of South Bend. The climate continues to change here at the Elkhart Hospital campus but God and his purpose for Ribbon of Hope’s existence has not. Feel free to visit www.IdealBeachTri.com for more information about the event. Thanks again for partnering with us to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with people in our community! -- Loretta Salchert
