MAXITILE, Inc. was established in 1986 in California dedicating
itself to commercialization and distribution of !ber cement
Roo!ng and Siding products in the United States and Canada.
MAXITILE is a member of the Mexalit Group, which has been
manufacturing !ber cement and concrete building products for
over 70 years. The Mexalit Group has nineteen strategically
located plants in North and South America.

WWAARRRRAANNTTYY
MaxiROOFING is manufactured with the !nest materials, in strict
accordance with US and International Building Codes, using state-
of-the-art technology. The product consists of cement, and,
cellulose and synthetic !bers, water and additives.
The roo!ng products are backed by a 30 year limited material
warranty (15 years in freeze/thaw areas.)

MMaaxxiiLLIITTEE PP1100 Classic Pro!le is a new lightweight cementitious 4-
corrugation roo!ng tile, reinforced with high performance
synthetic fibers. At an installed weight of only 3.4 pounds per
square foot, it is one of the lightest cementitious roo!ng product
available in the market. It requires no structural bracing when re-
roo!ng wood shake or asphalt shingle roofs.
MMaaxxiiSSHHAAKKEE o"ers the warm feel of real wood shingles without
the risks and short life of wood. Better than wood, but just as
beautiful.
MMaaxxiiSSLLAATTEE re#ects the beauty of slate with advantages of !ber-
cement, ideal for European architecture. With MaxiSLATE, get the
look without the high cost of traditional slate.
MMaaxxiiSSLLAATTEE and MMaaxxiiSSHHAAKKEE duplicate beauty and quality texture
of wood and slate; they can be installed with straight or staggered
edges and o"er true aesthetic value.
At only 4.25 pounds per square foot, these shingles are 50%
lighter than clay or concrete roo!ng materials. When re-roo!ng,
there is no need for costly heavy-duty framing.

MaxiROOFING products have proven their longevity through
weather conditions in all types of climates when installed in
accordance with Local Building Codes and MAXITILE published
installation guides. MaxiROOFING products resist termites and will
not crack, rot or delaminate. They will not burn because they are
made of non-combustible materials, they will not melt like other
materials, nor will they generate toxic fumes or smoke when
contacted by #ame.

All our manufacturing plants have on-site water treatment
facilities. By recycling waste water used during the production
process, we are conserving water. Recycled cellulose from paper
scrap, paper packing, and newspaper is used in the manufacturing
process and !ber cement scrap, non-conforming materials and
debris are recycled. Our plants have been recognized by the
Mexican government with “Industria Limpia,” (Clean Industry.)
