Heritage Center in Kingston has Accepted Our Request for the Massasoit Chapter
to Hold Our Monthly Meetings in their Main Conference Room. The First Meeting
Will Tale Place on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 7:00 PM.

Erin McGough, The Interim Director of theDuxbury Historical Society , Presented a WellResearched Lecture and Power Point Program on“Digging Duxbury, The Brewster HomesteadsArchaeological Past” to the Members of theMassasoit Chapter at the Jones River Landing inKingston.
Erin Described the William Brewster FamilyHistory, Starting When William Brewster WasBorn in Scrooby, Nottinghamshire, England in1563 and Through His Travels to Plymouth on theMayflower in 1620.
Erin Continued with an Historical TimetableIncluding the Many Members of the BrewsterFamily that were Associated with the BrewsterProperty in Duxbury.
Erin Presented the Findings from the 2012Archaeological Dig Led by Craig Chartier andStaffed with Many Local Volunteers.Some of the Volunteers were From the MassasoitChapter, Judy Randall, Shelia Lynch-Benttinenand Marilyn Kozodoy.
