Due to the construction and legal restrictions the final volume had to be exploded into smaller geometries. Every unit of housing was provided with an outdoors space, either as a garden, either as a roof top terrace.

dwelling refurbishment: darro 1, madrid The old caretaker basement house turns into a modern young couple home. Before, brick walls divided the space into two rooms, a living-room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Now, a more open space is proposed, with U-glass walls that are used to separate areas and allow the maximum light inside the appartment.
