Objective and Scope

Objectives

To increase the consistency of DOE reporting practices

Scope

The scope includes the development of validation and verification reporting forms along with guidance for completing the forms.

Based on VVS and AS reporting requirements.

Deliverables

Validation forms and guidance (for completing the forms) for:1. validation of project activities2. validation of post registration changes 3. validation of renewal of crediting period4. validation of PoA/CPA (for first-time registration) 5. validation of CPAs (for subsequent CPA inclusions)

Verification forms and guidance (for completing the forms) for:6. verification of project activities7. PoA verification (will be designed to cover multiple CPAs)

DOEs were invited to share their existing forms / templates and guidance related to validation and verification reporting

Secretariat reviewed and considered current DOE reporting practices

Secretariat developed draft table of contents for validation and verification report forms
