OrderByTouch will revolutionise the restaurant industry with electronic menus that enable customers to place orders for goods and services on demand.

Each customer is provided with their own electronic menu and utilising touch-screen technology orders are transmitted directly from the electronic menu to the preparation area. This may include bar, kitchen or shop where they are processed.

Increased customer spend: Real Market research conducted at Bytes Café Bar in Canterbury has established the following points when compared with traditional waiting service:-

l45% of customers order a second drink when normally they would order one drink.

l25% of customers order a third drink when normally they would order one drink.

l33% of customers order three drinks when normally they would order two drinks.

l35% of customers order a second course when normally they would order one course.

l20% of customers order three courses when normally they would order two courses.

l5% of customers order three courses when normally they would order one course.

This resulted in an average 20 to 30% increase in spend per customer.

lStaff: Up to 40% reduction in staff and associated costs.

lPrinting: Menus and information packs are no longer required producing annual savings of circa £5k. Menu updates are instant and without cost.

lIncreased efficiencies: A typical order comprising two courses can save approximately ten mins. throughout the duration of a meal as follows:-
