Please email you prayer request to:
Heavenly Father, Thank You for life, health, and strength. I know everything moves by the power of God. I give You praise for everyday You allow me to wake up closed in my right mind. I thank You for being able to move by Your power. I give You praise for being a mighty God, one who spoke and everything came into existence. Your creation of heaven and the earth is a wonder in our mind but I truly believe You can do all things but fail and I believe it by faith. In Hebrew 11:6 reads “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” So Father, I ask You to help us to really forgive others and heal our broken hearts in the body of Christ. Father, we sometime say we forgive because Your word tells us too, but in our heart we really don’t. I ask You, Father to search my (our) heart. The things that’s not pleasing to You, help me (us) to repent and love thy neighbor as thy self. If I need divine healing, I receive it in the name of Jesus in every area of my (our) life, spirit, mind, will, emotions, and physical being accordance with Your divine plan and order for my (our) life. Help me remind myself, “Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead. I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus” Phil. 3:13-14. So Father, I decree and declare the devil is defected as he tries to magnify his negative tactic. I (we) are bless and highly favored of God and no weapon formed against me (us) and the body of Christ shall prosper. Father, we are expecting greater in our lives and the TBC family. I ask this prayer in the name of Jesus. I give You praise and honor. Amen & Amen The Intercessory Prayer Ministry

Five Legal Documents Every Adults Needs
There are five legal documents every adult needs – each one signed, dated, notarized as necessary and kept
in a safe place that someone else knows about and can retrieve on a moment’s notice.
1. Living Will. Also, called an Advanced Directive, this states what you want to have happen with
respect to extraordinary measures to keep you alive should you be terminal or permanently
unconscious.
2. Healthcare Power of Attorney. If you are unable to make medical decisions for yourself, you need
to name someone else to make those decisions on your behalf. It is not unusual to have up to five
people in successive order to make sure there is someone there who is authorized to make these
decisions for you.
3. Durable Power of Attorney. This is the document where you are designating one or more persons
to handle the financial aspects of your life should you become temporarily or permanently unable to
do so because you are mentally or physically incapacitated. Simple things you might not think of
but could become very problematic if you are unable to communicate like picking up your mail,
filling your income tax return, filling for Medicaid, Medicare or Social Security; or any other of other
issues pertaining to your finances.
4. Will. If you have minor children your Will is where you name guardians for those children. Your
Will also names your executor – the person who will oversee and protect your interests if your
estate needs to go to probate. Your Will handles the assets you hold in your name alone, and
names an Executor – the person who will handle the assets in your estate, upon your death.
5. Revocable Trust. This is the document that avoids the probate court process when someone
becomes incapacitated or dies. This document does other things as well, but that is the most
important.
On Saturday, March 17th Attorney Beatty Waddell will be here at TBC to explain these documents in more
detail. He is offering our members special rates for all five documents. Please take advantage of this deal
that is normally offered at Credit Unions.
Until next time

Nutrition Month
Make Time for Breakfast
Kids who fuel up in the morning focus and concentrate better in the classroom and perform better on math, reading and
standardized tests. They also have fewer behavior problems and are less likely to be tardy. Eating breakfast also can help children
maintain a healthy weight. Unfortunately, studies show many children don’t eat breakfast every day.
While breakfast might seem like a hurdle in your busy morning, nutritious food doesn't need to take extra time to prepare. Try the
following tips to enjoy a healthful breakfast on busy mornings.
Get organized the night before. Get out a pan for pancakes or a blender for smoothies. Prepare muffin or waffle mix so it's ready
to cook in the morning. Set out a few boxes of whole-grain cereal for kids to choose — all they'll have to do in the morning is add
milk.
Set the alarm 10 minutes earlier. Hectic mornings can make it difficult for kids (and parents) to find time for breakfast. Waking
up just a few minutes earlier provides time to squeeze in a quick morning meal.
Keep breakfast simple. Get the family going with something as quick as a bowl of whole-grain cereal with a banana or a mini
meal of yogurt topped with granola, a sandwich on whole-grain bread or a slice of leftover veggie pizza.
Remember protein and carbohydrates. A high-octane carbohydrate source energizes the body and brain for a busy day with fiber
and nutrients. Think whole-grain cereal (hot or cold), bread, tortillas, muffins, waffles or even leftover rice or pasta. Protein often is
the missing link in most morning meals and it’s needed to go strong until lunch. Think a slice of Canadian bacon, an egg, a slice of
lean deli meat or low-fat cheese, a container of low-fat yogurt, a scoop of low-fat cottage cheese, a cup of milk or a handful of nuts.
Start the day with an extra helping of fruits and vegetables. Breakfast is a perfect time to enjoy fruits and vegetables children
need for optimal health. Try fresh seasonal fruit alone or in cereal, add frozen fruits to yogurt or toss chopped vegetables into an
omelet.
Pack your breakfast to go. If there's no time to eat at home, plan a nutritious option to eat in the car or bus. Busy teens can grab a
banana, a bag of trail mix and a carton of milk. Don't forget to see if your school offers a breakfast program.
Help make sure your kids have an appetite. Many kids aren't hungry for breakfast because they snack too much at night. Try
only offering lighter snacks in the evening and you might be surprised how much hungrier they are in the morning. In addition, try
having your children dress first and eat second. Kids are more likely to feel hungry once they have a chance to wake up.
Be a good role model. Children will mimic their parents' behavior, so make it a habit to sit down and eat a nutritious breakfast
with your kids every morning.
Whatever your morning routine, remember that breakfast is an important meal for the family, and doesn't have to be very time-
consuming. When you eat well in the morning, you and your family will be on the nutrition fast track for a high-energy day.
