FoundationThe foundation is micro pillars in a rotation with flagstone or only with flagstone as specified in the project.

StructureIs projected a structure of reinforced concrete by reticular forges and concrete pillars.

Building3.1. External walls.The external enclosing will be multilayer and it will be composed by 14 cm thermal clay bricks, internally injected with 2 cm of polyurethane, air chamber, and dry partition wall with fiberglass and aluminum insulation, finished internally with smooth plastic paint.

3.2. Internal walls.The internal walls of the dwelling will be built of prefabricated partitioning walls consisting of galvanized steel profiles of 70mm and 70mm thick fiberglass wool

insulation. Double plates, each 12.5mm thick, except in the wardrobes single.

The bathrooms and guest toilet will be partly tiled with natural stone “ambarino” and will have a single plate with slabs of natural stone on top fixed with a special adhesive. The non paved zones in the bathrooms will have double layer of paint as specified in the project.

In the dwellings numbered 1 to 6, 15 to 24, 35 to 39, 41 and 42, 44 and 45, 47 to 64 the internal walls will be build of thermal clay partitioning walls finished with plaster and with the same thickness as the a.m. prefabricated partitioning walls. The bathrooms and guest toilet of these dwellings will be partly tiled with natural stone “ambarino” directly on the thermal clay.

Surfaces4.1. Flooring. The flooring of the apartments will be a 40 x 40cm natural stone “ambarino”, and in the kitchen will be granite.

The internal stairs will as well be made with natural stone “ambarino”.

The external spaces, porches and terraces, will be floored in a special thermal clay tiles “macerí” type.

The surface of the parking areas under the building, will be composed by tiles 40 x 40cm finish “parchment paper” stile, gray color.

4.2. Internal walls. The internal walls will be covered with matt smooth plastic paint, except for the humid zones (bathrooms and toilets) which will be partially covered (up to a 90cms high in the hole bathroom except in the shower that will be 2.10ms) with 30 x 60cm plates of natural stone “ambarino” horizontal beveling and the rest will be stucco painting venecian stile; the kitchen, will be granite plates approximately 40cm high over the cooking top.

The skirting boards will be 20cm high “ambarino” natural stone, except in the

humid zones. In the kitchen the skirting boards will be 17cm high made of granite.

The porches and terraces will have a skirting board made of ceramic tiles “maceri” tipe.

The interior walls will be finished in plastic paint, except in the kitchen which will will have, as well as the bathrooms, glazed plastic paint, stucco venecian style.

Over the external walls, there will be a continuous finishing of monolayer cement injected.

4.3. Ceilings. The interior ceilings will have a metallic structure with 12.5cms thick boards, made of plaster-carton.

In the dwellings numbered 1 to 6, 15 to 24, 35 to 39, 41 and 42, 44 and 45, 47 to 64 the interior ceilings of the living room and the areas of air conditioning pipelines will have a metallic structure and 12.5cms thick boards, made of plaster-carton.

In the remaining rooms the interior ceilings will be finished with smooth plaster paint.

In the exterior roofs (porches and terraces), there will be a continuous finishing of monolayer cement injected.

4.4. Windows and doors down sills.The windows down sills and the top of the terraces handrail will be of natural stone “caramiel”, and the cover will be a ceramic tile “macerí” type.

RoofsThe roofs and terraces are plane and walk able perfectly insolated, composed of the following:• Slopes like Projected cement.• Waterproof layer “POLIBREAL”.• Geotextile layer.• Injected polyurethane. • Injected special subjection tiling cement.• Ceramic tile “macerí” type.

CarpentryAll the doors ( wardrobe doors, walking doors, main entrance door ) are made of oak, and varnish on its own natural color.The main entrance door will be a reinforced security door.

The interior of the wardrobe will be fully finished with “melamina” cupboards.

WindowsThe material used for the windows is PVC.There will be extrusion aluminum rolling blinds and automatic in the launch, dinning room, kitchen and bedrooms.

LocksAll the locks are made of still protected by a layer of minimum of lead paint on the inside, or galvanized; wash primer or similar on the exterior, and glazed finished.

GlassingThe external glassing will be double glassing thermal acoustic “Climalit” or similar with

layers 6 + 12 + 10 mm thick.

PlumbingThe plumbing installation will be PVC piping, B serial.

Hot and Cold Water InstallationThe hot and cold water system will be a net of cooper piping. Hot water will be generated in each bathroom by means of an electrical instantaneous water heater (Bathrooms and Toilets).
