Preheat oven to 176C. 2. Prepare McCain Redskin Potato Wedges according to package instructions. 3. Place cooked Redskin Potato Wedges in serving dish. 4. Top with Fresh Cheese Curds, cut curds smaller if needed. 5. Lightly heat Maple Syrup, drizzle over Cheese Curds and Redskin Potato Wedges. 6. Garnish with small dice Red Bell Peppers and serve.
