working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, Acharya Nagarjuna

University. He has published 30 articles in different reputed journals. Later he entered

the in to the field of setting up of educational institutions. He has been unanimously

elected to serve as Chairman of NRI Institute of Technology proposed to be run by Sri

Durga Malleswari Education Society, Vijayawada.

(2) Kommuru Lakshmi, B.Sc.: She is an eminent educationist and social worker. She hails

from educational family and belongs to elite society. She has been associated with the

field of education by serving in various capacities in various educational and philanthropic

organizations.

(3) Kommuru Sridhar, M.A.: He is Lecturer by profession and hails from a family which has

political, educational and philanthropic background. He is an active participant in various

social service activities. He is running one of the famous Coaching Centre by name

College for Competitive Examinations located at Vijayawada which conducts coaching for

various Competitive examinations, such as I-CET, CAT, TOFEL, GRE. Through this

institution 1000s of students got I-CET merit Ranks. He is unanimously elected to serve

as Secretary and Correspondent of NRI Institute of Technology sponsored by Sri Durga

Malleswari Education Society, Vijayawada.

(4) Ravi Karuna, B. Com.: She is an eminent educationist and social worker. She hails from

educational family. She has been associated with the field of education by serving in

various capacities in various educational and philanthropic organizations. Socially and

financially she belongs to an elite society.

(5) Kommuru Madhusudhana Rao: He is a retired Physical Director. He hails from

political, educational and philanthropic background family. He is unanimously elected to

serve as Treasurer to the NRI Institute of Technology proposed to run by Sri Durga

Malleswari Education Society, Vijayawada.

(6) Ch. Ravi, ,MCA: Presently, he is working as Software Engineer in USA in a reputed

institution. He is young and dynamic hails from industrial family. He is highly enthusiastic

in the promotion of professional educational institutions like Pharmacy and Engineering in

Andhra Pradesh.

(7). Vasireddi Ajitha, : Presently, she is working as Software Engineer in USA. She hails from educational and philanthropic family. She is very much interested in promoting the technical educational institutions in Andhra Pradesh.

(8). Konasani Sekhara Babu, B.Tech.: Now, he is working as Software Engineer in USA.

He is from an educational family. He is very much enthusiastic to run quality and employment oriented courses to serve the society so that more number of students of Andhra Pradesh will have chance to get employment in multinational companies in India and abroad.

(9). Valluripalli Aruna, M.B.A.: She is a good administrator. Presently, she is working as

a Manager in a reputed institution in USA. (10).Konasani Sambasiva Rao: He is a retired Bank Manager. He is very much interested

in providing technical education to the poor students. (11).Valluripalli Purnachadra Rao: Presently, he is working as Deputy Engineer in Local

Government Institution in Nagapur. He hails from educational and philanthropic family

Class-interaction committees discuss problems relating to delivery of instruction vis-à-vis

students problems.

Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance :

Suggestion Boxes were placed in various Departments. Students are required to drop-in their opinions and suggestions on various aspects related to Class-room environment, Campus facilities, Amenities, Faculty interactions, technical and other services etc. Periodically suggestions/opinions received are reviewed by the Heads of the Departments together with Grievance cell, necessary and appropriate actions amounting to improved services are taken up from time to time. Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance :

At the semester-end, faculty performance Appraisal is done basing on the feedback received from the Students on various aspects like Level of coverage of Syllabus, Depth of Coverage, Clarity of expression, evaluation etc. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students :

A Grievance Cell consisting of members from Faculty, Staff and Students caters to the requirements of counseling to alleviate grievances reported from time to time.
