    For any code congestion :Check the traffic distribution in Mapinfo, and do traffic sharing using adjacent parameter changingIn crowded area (a lot of nodeB cell servings), reduce the active set numbers (3 2) . This will impact to the code used for reselection processReduce HS-SCCHs code number from 4 to 2. HS-SCCH (max 4 per UE) is only used to decode the next HSPDSCH frameReduce User Number for Code Adjust for HSDPA = 3 (This is used in LDR, but in code reshuffling, it also need 2 codes in the process, this mean in the same time total code that will be used is 6 codes)Increase maximum number of HSDPA in a cellsSet the Allocate Mode HSDPA to automatic, and set the proper number of HS-PDSCH codeActivate code LDR Algorithm and set the LDR on 1st action with Code AdjustAdd 2nd, 3rd, etc carriersowntilt the antennaEtc..
