Kili People Organisation lead the development of the Kilinochchi Public Libarary and LCH contributed in a small scale.

20171. £10k from 2017 AM spent for the construction of a building for Sivan Arul Illam, Kilinochchi. It now helps to
employee 4 – 6 local people.
20181. Help to Vaazhvaham, Sunnakam, Jaffna with 5 braille machines for the home2. Help to Inniya Vaazhvu Illam, Mullaitivu, with 3 braille machines for the home3. Home garden project at Kaiveli government school. This was to encourage students and teachers to use a new
technique in agriculture and convert this idea to home and small farming.
20191. Initiated the Young LCH2. Chess workshop3. Conducting spoken English lessons via Skype on a weekly bases for children in Kotagala, Hatton, Sri Lanka
