TO WORK AS A CCTV OPERATOR, YOU NEED A PUBLIC SPACE SURVEILLANCE CCTV LICENCE.

The licence makes you qualified and allow you to pro-actively monitor the activities of the members of public in public areas, use cameras to focus on the activities of particular people either by controlling or directing cameras at an individual’s activities, or using recorded CCTV images to identify individuals or to investigate their activities.

With a vision to assist personnel in the Military, Police and other State para-military organisations, Bambace Ltd (BL) has designed a new modular training programme to cover areas of physical and electronic security systems. This is particularly of benefit to those who are due to retire from the Services. BL has been running training programmes for individuals and organizations in Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya since 2004. SECURITY GUARDS COURSE

The Security Guarding course focuses mainly on the role and responsibilities of a Security Guard within the Manned Guarding sector. This includes monitoring 'systems', manning gates, barriers and undertaking reception duties at corporate or commercial premises. Security Guarding train-ing covers the role or use of communication in conflict management.

This is a 4-5 day course which prepares the delegate to learn high professional skills to perform efficiently.

SECURITY GUARDS SUPERVISOR

This course covers all the elements in the Security Guard course to a more advanced level. A preparation to undertake Supervisory or Management roles of the Security Guard duties. The course covers all the administrative responsibilities that a supervisor is likely to encounter. Skills of very good report writing are an integral part of this course.

This 4-5 day course prepares the delegate to become an effective Team Leader and to operate

with very little support.

This course is designed as a refresher train-ing course for those guards who have no form of training in two or more years. The delegate will be taken through a number of modular courses in an advanced form to sharpen all their capabilities.

In August 2016, Bambace Ltd started a training initiative with the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) in the area of Management Training. BL is using its pool of Certified Security Professionals and other expe-rienced trainers to organize short courses for Security Practitioners in Corporate Security Management at GIJ. These experienced security professionals with a lot of exposure in contemporary industrial secu-rity both locally and internationally.
