GAMBLE SANDS GETAWAYLet’s play golf like a VIP. You and three friends will be whisked away in a private plane straight to Gamble Sands! Rated as the #1 course to play in 2019 by golf.com, the Sands course is a true links course set in the high desert of Washington with sandy soil, traditional fine fescue grasses, firm playing surfaces, wide fairways and massive greens.

The Sands course offers a very playable experience that weighs in at 7,169 yards from the back tees and plays to a par 72. It’s more akin to some of David McLay Kidd’s earlier work at Bandon Dunes with an emphasis on having fun. This is illustrated throughout the golf course, especially on the reachable par-4 2nd hole with its breathtaking view of the Columbia River, or perhaps on the split fairway of the par-4 14th. After golf, hop back on the private plane to fly home. Sounds like a perfect day for the golf enthusiast.

PADDLE RAISE When you raise your paddle, you are starting something BIG for children in our community by investing in their futures.

Our goal is to help children and youth gain self-confidence, make positive choices, and attain educational success. These impacts set children on a positive trajectory—empowering them to build better lives for themselves, their families and their communities.

Your investment of:

• $50,000 provides case management for 50 children.

• $25,000 puts nearly 25 children on the path to high school graduation, an early indicator of lifelong success.

• $15,000 supports the matches of 15 children, their parents and their mentors for one year—matches that will change their lives.

• $10,000 will positively change the lives of 10 children by keeping them engaged in school and focused on academic achievement.

• $5,000 will help five children avoid drug and alcohol use, and build positive relationships with family and friends.

• $1,500 creates and supports a new match between a child and a mentor for one full year.

• $1,000 provides 10 volunteers with the building blocks necessary to help their Little become a better citizen.

• $500 provides funds for background checks and safety screening for more than 10 volunteers in our program.

Donations of any amount can make a BIG difference for young people in the Puget Sound. Your Paddle Raise donation is 100% tax deductible, to the full extent of the law.

THANK YOU!
