dhabitations.

ConceptLe concept attribue chaque fonction une forme, et les superpose comme des plateformes. La gomtrie de la faade dcoule de ce principe.

SpaceLa superposition des planchers cre des espaces en double hauteur et des connexions visuelles entre les niveaux. Leur gomtrie permet aux espaces dtre

clairement identifis.

MaterialsLutilisation du verre permet au site dentrer dans le projet, puisque par ses rflexions, il donne lenveloppe sa

couleur.

ConceptComplter lensemble existant par une implantation similaire mais une volumtrie plus contemporaine. Tirer parti des conditions densoleillement du site et du climat local.

EspaceLes appartements sont desservis par des coursives extrieures. Organiss autour dun bandeau technique regroupant les fonctions humides, les appartements bnficient dun ensoleillement maximal

des pices vivre.Les sjours sont bords de larges loggias, tandis que des balcons-vran-das aggrmentent les

chambres.

TopicUrban planning and architectural project. According to a prospective vision, proposition for the rehabilitation and densification of Nanterres port. The port and its industrial activities are

maintained.

ConceptAllow pedestrian practice of the industrial area and the installation of new complementary activities, mostly commercial and cultural, missing in this

area.

SpaceThe project therefore fits within abandoned warehouses and silos, and winds over or in between buildings still in use. Curve shaped platforms come over the existing buildings.

MaterialsWidely glazed facades provide an overview of the industrial landscape of the port.

SujetUrban planning and architectural project. According to a prospective vision of the development of of the southern train station of Madrid. (rail

freight).

ConceptThe station is located in the valley. The aim of the project is to to enjoy the existing panorama using abandoned or

interstitial spaces.

ProgramActivities related to freight and offices take place on the slopes and in between the tracks. Cultural activities and housing come to nest in the

hills.

MaterialsThe use of glass and concrete, allows contemporary and discreet integration into the landscape, in agreement with the industrial aspect of

the site.

TopicRehabilitation of a residential plot, hosting a public swimming pool, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. The project aims to convert the northeastern part of the island, very

damaged.

ConceptThe project tends to a complementarity of the different activities, in terms of program and thermal requirements.

SpaceOn the ground floor, the pool is maintained and additional sports

facilities are created. At the top level, an art exhibition space is designed on the rooftop of the pool, with a direct view on the Cit des Sciences

of la Villette.

RAILWAY LINES, NEW URBAN LANDSCAPE ?Bordeaux, Saint Jean train station

TopicThe project site must be located on the route of the High Speed Line South Europe Atlantic, between Tours and

Bordeaux.

Chosen site: Bordeaux, which became a crossroads between Europes

North and South. A plot of 900 meters long along the beam rail out of the Gare

Saint Jean.The plot is bordered by the Saint Jean district, said the city of stone, consisting of typical houses. The plotis is 4 meters

below the avenue.

ObjectWe want to allow the extension of Saint Jean district, enhance its frontage on the avenue, and redefine the facade on the

tracks.The geometry of the existing axes and plot

are strengthened.

ProgramThe tram line is extended. A base housing the station car park is built along the tracks, and completes the multimodal

station. The program is mixed: homes, offices, and public facilities on the

pedestrian base.

The topography of the land is preserved, a park is created in the basin between Saint

Jean and the base.

PFEFinal year project


We are facing a land of contrasts. The project thus builds layers: base, housing, park. It redefines both the facade of the city of stone and the relation

to railways.

Collective housing blocks come dock at base, both parking and urban promenade. apartments have a

double orientation.



The parcA 6 hectare park occupies the whole plot and offers a greenspace area to residents and users of

the station.

The park is also organized with layers, each evoking a different mood

landscape.



ProgramThe project of students housing has been developed, with the theme of community

housing.

The ground floor houses the common techniques, and a gallery. in the double height space along

the park.

ConceptThe facade facing the railways is enlivened by colorful loggias while the other facing the parc offers balconies. All units have a double

orientation.According to a square and symmetric plan, the circulation core, naturally enlightened, serves 4 apartments

per floor.

Each apartment accommodates four students. The rooms are organized around common spaces such as living room, dining room, kitchen, work area. The four single rooms host a private bathroom, a desk and

plenty of storage.
