Liner Casing Packer
The Liner Casing Packer is a hydraulic set packer designed to hang the liner string in the casing, providing isolation from above and below. The Liner Casing Packer is designed for a wide casing range, allowing it to be deployed in diverse applications including heavier weight casing. A locking, bi-directional slip design eliminates any concerns of premature setting or breaking slips during running operations.
The latch unit and liner top have a built-in clutch feature which allows for liner rotation up to the maximum thread torque. This feature also incorporates a 38.1 mm (1.5 in) free point which provides simple rotation and removal of the drill / tie back string even in high deviation applications.
With the Suretech liner and latch assembly, the latch is the running tool making “one trip systems” another option for saving completion costs.
Features and Benefits
● Can be rotated when running● Adjustable setting pressures for different down hole applications● 69 MPa (10,000 psi) differentially rated● Ratchet maintains consistent pack off regardless of pressure differentials● 38.1 mm (1.5 in) free point assists latch removal● Centralized above and below● Rotationally friendly● Locking bi-directional slip design● Premium threads and elastomers available on request

The Short Open Hole Packer is a hydraulic set packer designed to provide isolation in-between open hole frac stages. The large bore I.D. allows future milling / retrieving and service tools to pass through without issue. The short design facilitates reliable deployment through aggressive build sections in the wellbore and eliminates the need for handling pup joints, reducing completion costs. The Short Open Hole Packer comes standard with an integrated rotating, hardened, low friction centralizer to help ensure smooth installation of liner systems. Because of its close proximity to the element, the centralizer provides improved element stand-off in the open hole section providing a more reliable seal. An anti-extrusion back-up ring system provides improved element pack off, allowing for reliable sealing in open hole sections.

Flow Lock Collar
The Flow Lock Collar is a ball activated tubing isolation valve, designed to allow the liner system to be set after the wellbore has been circulated with the desired fluid. A ball is circulated down the tubing until it lands on the flow lock seat. Pressure is applied from above until the predetermined activation pressure is achieved, shifting a piston which locks into the closed position and permanently shuts off the liner until the frac is initiated. Pressure can now be increased to set the remaining liner components.
Features and Benefits
● Once shifted, piston locks closed and cannot be re-opened● Available with a 19.05 or 28.58 mm (0.750 or 1.125 in) I.D. to allow for
higher density fluid type circulation.● Adjustable activation pressure for varied down hole applications● Compact design for ease of handling (no pup joints required)● O.D. designed to pipe diameter● Simplicity of design enhances reliability● 69 MPa (10,000 psi) rated● Premium threads and elastomers available on request

With its patented design, up to 36 seats can be retrieved in a single trip. Utilizing a designated shifting tool, the sleeve(s) can then be closed to shut-off water producing intervals or for interval production evaluation. This system utilizes low specific gravity balls which encourage flow back when the well is put on production.
Features and Benefits
● No milling or drilling● Full drift inner diameter after seat retrieval● Decrease post frac / pre-production time by up to 40%● Flow port area designed to prevent screen out and reduce solids inflow● Compact design for ease of handling (no pup joints required)● Available in 88.9 and 114.3 mm (3 ½ and 4 ½ in) sizes● Available in 1.27 and 2.54 mm (0.050 and 0.100 in) ball seat increments
allowing for increased interval density to optimize production and to permit greater achievable fracturing pump rates
● Locking design ensures sleeve cannot prematurely shift closed● Up to 37 stages in 114.3 mm (4 ½ in) size● Closable sleeve feature for production optimization● Adjustable activation pressure● Circulation capability during retrieval improves wellbore clean-out● 69 MPa (10,000 psi) rated● Premium threads and elastomers available on request
