Let’s analyze ourselves!
Do you feel like being a fish? Or Do you fish in some situations of life?
Aim: To make the audience more flexible at their workplace so that they will develop life skills
effectively.
Role Play: A group of people have had the problem that their heads i.e. Principal/coordinator does not listen to their demands and consequently it creates a conflict. You have to make things possible in your favour but you must avoid confrontations.
Remember! Your effort should be worthwhile for students of your school.

Activity 1: Resolving Conflicts
Role Play: In your free period you want to stay free and
usually like to talk and make gossips. However, you are bound to go to library and have to do something related to your job.
Eventually you start to find some annoyance in your personality as you do not get
freedom. Now, your task is to figure out a way that could possibly make you feel free
and interesting at your workplace. Preparation time: 5-min

Activity : 2 Independence
Aim: To develop the ability of being independent that leads you to be a successful teacher.
Role Play Suppose, you are offered a lucrative job, which you have
always dreamt about, but you came across with a fact that the place is extra-ordinarily professional where
administration does not follow humanistic attitude. They rather have rough behaviors towards their employees however they pay the teachers more than 50,000 per
month and currently your salary is too meager. You are not the earning member but supporting. What would you do?
Who would you take suggestions? Divide your group members into different characters/roles.
Activity 3: Decision MakingAim: To enable you to make the decision,
which is essentially required in every field of life.
ROLE PLAYSuppose, you all are a group of people who work
for establishing education in an area that is under-privileged. People are uneducated therefore their children get indulged in bad activities very often.
You believe education can only save these children. You have to set “S.M.A.R.T. GOAL” for motivating them to send their children to the
school (which is already there).
Activity 4: Goal SettingAim: To make you establish goals for divergent reasons and how smart goals could be
worthwhile for spreading education.
S.M.A.R.T. Goal
Defining SMART Goal…
Role PlayTwo students who have come from a very different background become the part of your class. It is hard to make them understand. One is very
careless listener and the one does not follow the rule of your school. They are not ready to accept changes. What would you do in this situation?
Preparation time: 5-min Presentation time: 5-min
