THIS QUALIFICATION PROVIDES COMPANIES WITH FIRST LINE MANAGERS WHO CAN EFFECTIVELY MANAGE TEAMS TO ACHIEVE ORGANISATIONAL GOALS IN A MULTI-CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT
Trainees will gain the skills and knowledge necessary as a First Line Manager, responsible for the performance and management of teams in an effective manner.

WHO IS THIS QUALIFICATION FOR?
This programme is designed for people moving into or currently in a First Line Management role and wishing to enhance their leadership and team management skills.
It is suited to; Supervisors, Team Managers and Office Managers.
WHERE CAN IT TAKE YOU?
Graduates of this qualification will have the skills and knowledge to perform as an effective First Line Manager.
Graduates may progress to higher technical roles in Contract and Project Management or continue with the New Zealand Diploma in Business.

HOW IS THE QUALIFICATION ACHIEVED?
This qualification will take around 10 months to complete, though as this is self-paced learning, the time required will vary between individuals. It is achieved through a blend of on-job assessments or off-job through a provider.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
It is recommended the candidate have completed the New Zealand Certificate in Business (Introduction to Team Leadership) Level 3, or displays equivalent skills and knowledge.
