I am very pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Patty Wheeler. Patty was

employed by Bound to Stay Bound in Jacksonville for 33 years and worked under my

supervision during part of that time.

Patty started with Bound to Stay Bound working in the processing department picking orders.

She was promoted in that department to several other positions and eventually was promoted

to the Accounting Department in the office. Her drive, determination, and leadership skills

were identified and she was promoted again to a leadership in a supervisory position in the

Processing Department. In this latest position, Patty has up to 20 people that report to her

where she monitors performance, schedules work, meets her daily production goals and

mentors others in the department.

Patty is a very talented and dedicated employee. She is quick to learn, has strong

communication skills, does well teaching others and works well as a team member. I have no

hesitation recommending her highly.
