Lesson Plan: Introduction to the Physical Stress Release Technique
Who: Session is for my peers, the aim to introduce them to the Physical Stress
Release Technique
What: Introduced to some new concepts including the Basic Technique to releasestress
When: 7 March, 4 Sessions
Where: RAF Brize Norton, TDF Classroom 2
Why: This technique is experiential, will also provide the learner a wonderful suite of
tools which will help them in their everyday and professional life.
How: Lecture, Demonstration and Group Work
