VIP & Birthday Party Packages Our hugely popular VIP Birthday Party options are now available at our public events at Leatherhead Leisure Centre every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month. This is an ideal way for the kids to host their own Roller Party whilst still enjoying the atmosphere created at our often sold-out roller events. We limit the number of integrated parties at each event so book early to avoid disappointment.

MINI ROLLERS - (Under 11’s) Party Package

• Early Entry (from 3.45pm) with full skate and safety equipment hire • Skates & equipment (+Party Bags if ordered) laid out & individually labelled • Party host(s) to assist with fitting of skates and pads • Dedicated seating • Birthday “Shout Out” by our DJ • Soft Drinks for all guests • Birthday Boy/Girl will receive 4 Free RocknRoller Passes • Invitation Template • TIMINGS: 3.30pm until 5.15pm • £9.50 per guest (Minimum 15 skaters)

MAIN EVENT - Party Package

Party Food & Private Party Rooms All Party Food should be booked directly with The Terrace Café, (on site) at Leatherhead Leisure Centre. Please see menu options below and contact Stuart Gottschalk – Catering & Events Manager on 01372 383393 to make a booking. Party Food rooms are subject to availability and should be booked with the Centre direct by calling 01372 377674.

Booking Procedure

• Call the Office on: 0208 656 0513 to check availability.

• To secure the Party slot a £50.00 deposit will be taken.

• The booking sheet must be completed and returned within 4 working days of the

party date and e-mailed to natasha@rocknrollerdisco.com. (Failure to do this may result in RocknRoller being unable to provide the full Birthday Party service as outlined.)

• Party Bag orders must be received with the final booking form within 4 working days before the event.

• Total remaining balance to be paid in full (in cash) on the day of the Party.

• Please make all parents aware of the RocknRoller Rules Document attached (most people send this out with the invites) and bring a signed copy of the Party Organiser Responsibility Document with you to the Party.

• All Parties are for a MINIMUM of 15 guests unless by prior written agreement.

• When the party is booked you will be allocated an arrival time. Please allow plenty of time when considering invitations etc as late arrival will impact on the level of service received.
