LICENCE D’UTILISATION THIEME

Après les plateformes Elsevier-ScienceDirect et OVID, et les éditeurs Informa Health, SLACK, BMJ Journals, NATURE Publishing, Springer, Karger… le CDO a obtenu en 2015 auprès de l’éditeur Georg Thieme la licence d’utilisation pour la version électronique de la revue Klinische Monatsblätter für Augenheilkunde : les articles de l’année en cours + les archives jusqu’en 2000 sont désormais accessibles au format PDF ou HTML.

IMPACT FACTOR 2014/ Section Ophtalmologie Annexe 2 - JOURNAL CITATION REPORT® 2014 publié par THOMSON REUTERS

55 revues sont accessibles au CDO sur les 58 listées. Les 3 revues manquantes sont : - The Ocular Surface, - Contact Lens and Anterior Eye, - Spektrum der Augenheilkunde. (Possibilité d’obtenir les articles de la revue The Ocular Surface auprès de la Bibliothèque du CHNO des 15/20 (PARIS) qui propose la revue dans son fonds périodiques depuis 2005).

BUDGET PERIODIQUES 2015

Cela fait plusieurs années que le taux de change du dollar est défavorable à l’euro entrainant une hausse importante du coût annuel des revues nord-américaines. Pour limiter l’impact négatif sur le budget total de fonctionnement, l’abonnement à la revue Experimental Eye Research (l’un des plus coûteux) n’a pas été renouvelé pour l’année 2015. -Budget Périodiques 2013 : 59.021,48 euros -Budget Périodiques 2014 : 61.400,34 euros -Budget Périodiques 2015 : 59.761,75 euros

DONATION EN COURS AVEC L’UNIVERSITE DE LILLE

Fin juillet 2015, suite à une restructuration de leurs locaux, le Dr J.L. DEMORY, responsable de la Bibliothèque de la Faculté de Médecine-Maïeutique de Lille, a pris contact avec le CDO pour une proposition de don d’ouvrages et de revues d’ophtalmologie. Sur la base de listings, le CDO a pu ainsi sélectionner des ouvrages inédits et des numéros de revues venant compléter les lacunes de certaines de ses collections : au total, un apport exceptionnel pour le fonds ancien de la Bibliothèque. Avant le conditionnement en cartons, il est prévu que les ouvrages concernés subissent un traitement chimique par oxyde d’éthylène pris en charge par la Faculté de Lille. Seul le transport jusqu’à Paris est facturé au CDO pour des devis compris entre 150 et 250 euros. La décontamination des ouvrages qui devait avoir lieu en octobre-novembre 2015 a pris un peu de retard et devrait être finalisée en février-mars 2016. A suivre…

PROJET EN COURS : CATALOGUE NUMERIQUE DU CDO

Sous l’impulsion positive du Dr G.RENARD, un projet de création de Catalogue numérique du CDO est lancé à l’été 2015. L’objectif est de mettre en place une Base de Données informatique permettant de recenser l’intégralité du fonds documentaire ancien et récent du CDO (monographies, périodiques et thèses). Dans la pratique, une heure supplémentaire par jour doit être entièrement dédiée à cette tâche, ce qui suppose également pour la documentaliste de passer d’un contrat de travail à temps partiel (30h) à un contrat de travail à temps plein (35h). 6 séances de travail préparatoire avec la collaboration de F. PHUNG ont lieu en août et en septembre 2015 afin de sélectionner le logiciel de gestion capable de répondre à l’ensemble des fonctionnalités requises pour le projet, à savoir : -une fiche de remplissage permettant la présentation d’informations bibliographiques exhaustives ainsi que l’insertion d’images (telle

que le scan de la couverture des documents); -des procédures de recherche mono- ou multi- critères sur l’ensemble du Catalogue ; -la possibilité d’impression du Catalogue pour une consultation sur support papier et une conservation à titre d’archives ; -la nature évolutive de l’outil mis en place afin de pouvoir transposer les données collectées à d’autres environnements, notamment une insertion de la Base de Données sur le site de la SFO pour une consultation et une recherche en ligne des membres. Au terme de ces séances, le choix s’est porté sur la base Access de Microsoft dont la grande flexibilité s’adapte à tous les paramétrages souhaités : typologie de la fiche de saisie ; choix de recherche ; migration sur le net. Le projet sous forme de mémo a été mis à l’ODJ du CA de la SFO organisé le 11/09/15 où il a obtenu une réponse favorable de la part des membres présents, sous condition d’un entretien de la documentaliste avec le Dr C. ELMALEH (Trésorier) pour une nouvelle présentation du projet et un accord de principe portant sur la modification de son contrat de travail initial par la rédaction d’un avenant pour un passage à 35 heures hebdomadaires. Lors du CA du 23/11/15, le projet de création de la Base de Données ainsi que l’avenant au contrat de la documentaliste ont été validés par les membres pour une mise en place effective à partir de janvier 2016.

2.2-LE SUDOC ET AUTRES

Le CDO fait partie du SUDOC (Système Universitaire de Documentation) et, à ce titre, peut se voir sollicité pour le Prêt-entre-Bibliothèque (P.E.B.). Il s’agit de l’envoi réciproque d’articles scientifiques entre bibliothèques médicales dans un souci de mutualisation des ressources documentaires sur le plan national. Plus globalement, le CDO répond à toute demande ponctuelle de documentation présente dans son fonds. En 2015, des échanges de documentation ont ainsi eu lieu avec : -des organismes : la Banque Française des Yeux ; -des centres d’information de Laboratoires : Essilor International, Alcon Labs, Optic 2000, Alain Afflelou… ; -des écoles ou universités : ICO/Institut et Centre d’Optométrie, Orsay, BIU-Santé…

2.3-UN PARTENARIAT PARISIEN

Depuis plusieurs années, une collaboration étroite s’est mise en place entre la Bibliothèque Javal, la Bibliothèque Médicale de l’Hôpital des Quinze-Vingts et la Bibliothèque de la Fondation Rothschild à Paris. L’objectif est de pouvoir répondre au maximum aux demandes des lecteurs par le partage des ressources documentaires en cas de lacunes dans l’un des 3 centres.

2.4-LA VALORISATION DU FONDS

Comme chaque année, un nouveau listing est proposé aux lecteurs afin de faciliter leurs recherches documentaires au sein du CDO. En 2015, il s’agit des 53 volumes de la collection thématique Developments in Ophthalmology publiée par les Editions Karger. (Annexe 3)

2.5-LES WEB CONFERENCES

2 Web Conférences ont eu lieu dans la Salle de Lecture du CDO en 2015 :

- « Rétine, le point sur les imageries rétiniennes » animée par le Pr J.F. KOROBELNIK le 28 janvier 2015 ;

- « Oncologie ophtalmologique » animée par le Dr L. DESJARDINS le 19 mars 2015.

A la rentrée 2015, afin de réduire le coût financier du tournage lié au temps d’installation de l’équipe technique dans la Bibliothèque avec le réglage des lumières, du son, de la vidéo, de la plateforme-régie… puis le démontage du matériel une fois la captation terminée, la réalisation des Web Conférences est transférée dans les locaux parisiens de la société de production FMC-Films Médicaux et Chirurgicaux qui proposent sur place divers plateaux TV tous équipés.

La première Web Conférence en studio a lieu le 17 septembre 2015 et a pour thème «Les Urgences ophtalmologiques » avec le Dr Isabelle COCHEREAU comme modérateur.

Sur le site internet dédié http://webconferencessfo.com, les membres SFO peuvent : - consulter l’agenda des Web Conférences à venir ; - revoir en différé toutes les Web Conférences ayant eu lieu depuis 2014.

2.6-LES SEANCES DE FORMATION SUR SIMULATEURS

Pour rappel, 2 simulateurs de chirurgie oculaire (chirurgie de la cataracte et chirurgie vitréo-rétinienne) ont été installés dans la Salle de Lecture du CDO en octobre 2013.

Après plusieurs séances réservées aux formateurs pour se familiariser avec les machines, le planning des réservations est lancé en janvier 2014. En 2015, le succès des simulateurs auprès des CHU et internes, ou des professionnels en activité cherchant à se perfectionner ne se dément pas : les demandes de formation ont été très nombreuses et le planning des réservations extrêmement chargé.

notamment pour les CHU.

On notera la motivation des CHU de province, très bien organisés, qui planifient à l’avance leur venue sur Paris, avec des internes nombreux, enthousiastes, qui utilisent au maximum l’amplitude horaire mise à leur disposition.

Une situation qui contraste avec l’organisation parfois laborieuse et approximative des CHU IDF : non-respect des horaires ou des dates établis par le planning de la coordinatrice, absence répétée de formateur/trice pour encadrer les internes… jusqu’à l’utilisation de faux prétexte auprès des internes (comme « la maintenance des simulateurs ») pour annuler une séance…

Bravo donc au petit nombre de formateurs et formatrices de la capitale qui, à contre-courant de la tendance générale, ont su respecter parfaitement le planning et assurer la formation des internes.
